The YMCA of Cumberland, Racine MultiSports and Rocky Gap State Park have collaborated to host another fantastic race this summer. We are excited to continue to celebrate health and fitness in our community. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned racer, both races feature the beautiful scenery throughout the park and surrounding area. The ¼ mile swim in Lake Habeeb (average early June water temperatures range between 65-80 degrees), the 8 mile out and back rolling hill bike course on Pleasant Valley Road and 5K run along the Lakeside Loop and Pleasant Valley Road, offers little to no traffic and challenging terrain. Volunteers from Western Maryland Wheelman, State and Local Police, Flintstone Ambulance, Swift Water Rescue Crew and many more will be out marshalling the course to ensure your safety. Continue the race festivities and join us for the post-race award ceremony and refreshments as we celebrate your accomplishments. Sincerely, Cindy Syracuse Race Director Schedule of Events All times are subject to change based upon unforeseen circumstances Saturday, June 3, 2017
