February 10th Meeting called to order at 8:02 PM Old Business: A motion that was tabled for last month: Changing the name of the Longevity Award to the Mark Martin Longevity Award passed. New Business: Chris Rice explained the details of the cards being mailed. The Mammoth race will not s event Presidents report: We have formed a marketing & promotion committee. Postcards are being mailed out to members from the past and inviting them to come race with us. VP report: We have added a race with the Central Valley OTHG Club at Cal City on May 16th. Plans are in the works to make it a family weekend with a barbeque. More details to come. Treasures report: At this point in time the club is doing ok. Stats/Membership report: We currently have 112 members. 16 new members! The points are posted. Race Directors report: I am working on putting together a race committee. Bump ups: John Pratt, Marty Highland from 38 Beg to 38 Nov. Bob Gallareto, Pete Van Aalst, Ray Karr from 52 Beg to 52 Nov. Congratulations on all of the promotions!
