Following consideration of the trainer s submissions, steward s determined to issue an endorsement for failing to purse the lure, acting under GAR 69A (2) (a) and is now suspended from racing at Richmond for a period of 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory steward s trial under GAR 72.
