Olympic working on parapet framing in area A and north gym wall. Also working in Area D. Hillerud working on roof parapets as they become available. Also working on interior backing. Block layers working on face brick around pool. Then moving to brick in Area D. Plumbers working on rough in rain leaders Area C and piping in Area A. HVAC ductwork being installed in Area A. Also began ductwork in Area C. Electricians working on Area A rough in. Will begin to set equipment in electrical room. Vapor barrier is being installed on available areas. Pool guys working on foundation for slide tower. Roofers working on Area C roof. Earthwork is working on grading out Area B ahead of running track install. Sprinklers started in Area A rough in. Owner would like these to be recessed boxes. 19.01 Emergency Call Buttons ZBA 11/16/16: Nothing additional was spec d for the Family wellness project. Will Check with Amy on what direction she would like to take. 11/02/16: Tony is looking into what is in the project and what was specified for family wellness. 19.02 Metal Panel Custom Color McGough 11/02/16: A custom color will be need to complete the color scheme of the metal panels. McGough will get pricing and show on cost log. 19.03 Building Sign ZBA 11/16/16: Tony is looking into sign options that will work with budget. 11/02/16: ZBA will reach out to some sign companies and look into a sign for the front of the main building that is backlit. 19.04 Dumpster Enclosure 11/16/16: Tony proposed location and team has agreed on location. Tony will finalize design. 11/09/16: Design will be around two 8 yd. dumpsters side by side. 11/02/16: McGough is to carry allowance for trash enclosure. Owner to look into what the anticipated dumpster size is and then we can look at a location/design on the plan. Owner New Business: Item Description Action By 20.01 RTU Concrete pad 11/16/16: Team is ok with rock between building and RTU pad where concrete is not needed for ductwork support. 20.02 Leisure pool Drain Tile Pump 11/16/16: Owner will look at comfort level up just dropping a sump pump into the viewing port if water is observed. 20.03 Waterslide 11/16/16: McGough was notified that the waterslide will need to be purchased now to avoid future costs for installation inefficiencies. We spoke as a team and feel comfortable making this purchase using construction contingency. McGough will notify Associated Pool Builders.
