1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Introduction This rally will be run in compliance with the Appendix A03 for Rally Show Manifestations 2019.issued by Croatian Car and Kart Federation (CCKF) and these Supplementary Regulations. Modifications, amendments and/or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated Bulletins (issued by the organiser or the Stewards). Rally official language is Croatian, so if happens the wrong interpretation of the Supplementary regulations in other languages, Croatian version will be taken as authoritative. 1.2 Road surface The event is held on gravel. 1.3 Overall SS distance and total distance of the itinerary Total distance of the course is 64,87 km The number of special stages is 8 Total distance of the special stages is 55,08 km The number of sections is 2 The number of Legs is 1 The breakdown of the route, as well as its time controls, neutralization periods, etc. is described in Appendix 1, on the time card and in the road book. The competition is held on closed road s except at two locations on the itinerary where the vehicles cross the "main road". In these positions, the crossing will be regulated by the safeti officers and / or the traffic police. 2. ENTRIES 4.1 Closing date for entries Wednesday, 06.02.2019., 24:00 hours 4.2 Entry procedure Anybody wishing to take part in the Rally day due castelli 2019., must send the attached entry form duly completed, and it must reach Rally Secretariat before 06.02.2019. at 24.00 hours. Details concerning the Codriver can be sent in up to 16.02.2019. (Administrative check). If this application is sent by fax, or e-mail the original must reach the Organizers at the latest on 16.02.2019. at administrative check. Entries with an entrant which is not a member of the team must be accompanied by a copy of the entrant s license. 4.3. All registered crew s have the right to participate in accordance with this Supplementary Regulations and must have: - national ASN license subject to class or category of vehicle, - the license of the regional carrier HAKS region conditioned by class or category of vehicle, - a valid medical card certified for the season 2019 not older than 6 months. In order to promote autosport, the Sports Commission may allow drivers or riders who do not have a national or regional ASN license solely attached; - statement that they do this at their own risk and that they are familiar with the rules of the competition, - the presentation of a personal identity card or a travel document, - the consent of the attending physician to the manifestation, - have a life insurance policy of 50,000.00 kn in case of death and 100,000.00 kn in case of permanent disability. 4.4 Number of entrants accepted and classes Maximum number of entrants is fixed at 70 vehicles. Class 1 cars: up to 1400ccm Class 2 cars: from 1400 to 1600ccm Class 3 cars: from 1600 to 2000ccm Class 4 cars: over 2000ccm Class 5 cars: 4x4 cars Class 6 cars: R5 and WRC cars Class 7 cars: RWD cars Class 8 cars: Open buggy and all others 4.5 Entry fees The entry fee for Rally day due castelli 2019 170,00 for drivers and 60,00 for co-drivers. The entry fee can be payed at the administrative checks but in this case it will be incressed by 50,00 All fees are including organizers obligatory advertising. For all competitors who refuse organizers obligatory advertising, entry fee is fixed to 400. 4.6 Payment details The entry application will only be accepted if accompanied by total entry fees or by a receipt issued by the competitor s National Sporting Authority, unless the organizer decides otherwise in individual cases. The Organisers will refund 50 % of the entry fee to those competitors who, for reasons of force majored (duly certified by their ASN), are unable to start the rally. 6 P a g e
5. INSURANCE Description ot insurance cover: Insurance cover guarantees the competitor's cover for civil liability towards third parties, according to the existing Regulations in Croatia, up to 750,000 HRK (approx. 100,000 ) for personal damage and 1.500,000 HRK (approx. 200,000 ) for damage to objects. Each competitor takes part on his own responsibility as confirmed by the signature of the Entry form. The service and team vehicles, even those bearing plates issued by the Organisers, may never be considered as official participants in the rally. They are therefore not covered by the insurance policy of the rally and will remain the sole responsibility of their owners. 6. ADVERTISING AND INDETIFICATION All advertising must comply with the Croatian Law. The advertising of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages is forbidden in Croatia. Organizers compulsory advertising will be placed on the door numbers and the rally plates. If driver/crew/team refuse organizers optional advertising it must pay entry fee of 400. The Organizers reserve the exclusive right to place any kind of advertising in the Rally Headquarters and along the route of the Rally. The Organizers must agree upon all advertising activities. Competition Numbers and rally plates Competition numbers and rally plates are supplied by the Organizers must appear on the car,as shown on the picture below, during the entire rally. 7. TYRES 7.1 Tyres specified for use during the rally The choice of tyres is free. 8. FUEL The choice of fuel is free. Refueling Refueling is only performed in the foreseen zones. 9. RECONNAISSANCE 9.1 Procedure for registration On Saturday, 16.02.2019. from 08:00 till 12:00 hours (Restaurant Vikung,Limski kanal 1,52352 Kanfanar) all reconnaissance material will be available for the crews. When registering for the reconnaissance, one of the crew members must be present and complete an information sheet giving details of the reconnaissance car, mobile phone number and place where the competitor is staying. The third party insurance of reconnaissance cars must be presented during the reconnaissance registration. The reconnaissance ID number must be attached to the reconnaissance car on the top centre of the windscreen and kept visible for the entire duration of the reconnaissance period. The reconnaissance period will last on - Saturday, 16.02.2019. from 09:00 till 13:00 hours (schedule in Appendix 2), 7 P a g e
10. ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS 10.1 Documents to be presented: - Driver and Co-driver competition licenses (optional) - Driver and Co-driver drivers licenses - Completion of all details on the entry form - Competition Car Insurance Policy (if any) - Valid medical card for driver and passenger - safety equipment form 10.2 Timetable Administrative checks will be held on 16.02.2019. from 08:00 till 12:00 hours (Restaurant Vikung,Limski kanal 1,52352 Kanfanar). Each crew must report to the administrative checks at its individual time given in the schedule published in the entry confirmation on Wednesday,13.02.2019. 11. SCRUTINEERING 11.1 Scrutineering location and timetable Scrutineering will be on 16.02.2019. from 08:15 till 12:15 hours (in front of Restaurant Vikung,Limski kanal 1,52352 Kanfanar). Each crew must report to the scrutineering at its individual time given in the schedule published in the entry confirmation on Wednesday,13.02.2019. 12. OTHER PROCEDURES 12.1 Procedure at start of SS All SS After the marshal at start gives the crew the time card with the starting time for the road section entered, he will indicate the start lights with day time in hours, minutes and seconds. The lights will be red. 10 seconds before its start time digital clock will start countdown rest seconds till start time. 5 seconds before its start time signaled light will change from red to yellow. Start time will be signaled by changing yellow light to green which is tuned with start of start minute at clock. Green light continues to light untill 20 seconds after full minute and on 21st second green light is changed to red. At start line will be photocells which are conected to measuring equipment with printer, tuned with above mentioned system and which register false start. 12.2 Shakedown In order to participate at the shakedown, crews need to sign up at the administrative check and pay additional fee of 100 euro. Participation at the shakedown will be allowed to all crews that have done the administrative check and scrutineering. The start interval is aprox. 1minute depending on the number of cars on the track. The crew start the shakedown when signaled bi the starter (by green flag). Only rally cars with door numbers, rally plates can participate at the Shakedown. The car can only be driven by one crew member at the Shakedown. Competitors drive at their own risk and they are responsible, moral and financial for any damages caused. Each crew member on the Shakedown must wear FIA protective clothing (overalls, helmets,...). 12.3 Official time used during the rally Official time throughout the entire rally will be that available at the telephone number 18095. 8 P a g e
12.4 Ceremonial start The ceremonial start will be held in the Limski Kanal on Saturday, 16.02.2019. starting at 18:30. Participating at the ceremonial start is mandatory.the crew will start as shown in the Start List. At ceremonial start, protective clothing / footwear is not required. 13. VEHICLES AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT 14.1 Vehicles Vehicles (they do not have to be registered because only the competition is almost entirely on the roads Closed for public traffic - in places where the traffic is passing through the main roads traffic will be regulated by the safety marshalls and / or the traffic police) must have the below mentioned safety equipment for the racing cars whose control will be carried out on the technical scrutineering: - roll cage (according to FIA standards) - handheld fire extinguisher (valid) - racing seats (can be with expired FIA homologation) - safety belts (can be with expired FIA homologation) - front bonnet pins - marked towing eyes or straps on front and rear of the vehicle - battery disconnection main switch 14.2 Safety equipment Helm control and other safety equipment of the driver and co-driver will be performed on the technical scrutineering of the vehicle and controled at the start of SS. It is compulsory for all riders and riders to use the safety equipment listed below according to FIA 8856-2000 or FIA 1986 Standard: - safety racing suit - safety racing underwear undershirt with long sleeves and long pants - safety racing balaclava - safety racing socks - safety racing gloves (drivers only) All competitors must wear helmets that meet the requirements of the standards listed in FIA Technical Sheet No.25 from the FIA Appendix L or those recognized by the FIA until 30 June 2000. Using the HANS system is not mandatory, but it is recommended. 9 P a g e

FINAL PROVISIONS The Clerc of the course and the Stewards of the Meeting are responsible for the implementation of the provisions of this Supplementary Regulations. The decisions of the Stewards is final. By signing this entry form for "Rally Day Due Castelli 2019. The Applicant gives an explicit privilege to Organizer, as voluntary, particular, informed and unambiguous consent for using and processing personal data which refer to Applicant, and which processing is necessary for organization of this event.
