TEAM NOTES: UAA could become the fi rst team to clinch a GNAC Tournament berth with two victories this week; the top six teams qualify for the tourney Mar. 4-7 in Billings, Mont., with the top two seeds earning byes... the Seawolves hold NCAA top-10 marks in seven different categories, leading the nation in steals per game (16.1) and scoring margin (+24.5), along with ranks of 2nd in turnover margin (+8.8), 3rd in scoring offense (82.9), 5th in offensive rebounds per game (19.0), 7th in rebound margin (+10.6) and 10th in assists (17.6 apg)... the Seawolves lead the GNAC stats in 11 of 21 categories, including rebounds per game (43.6) and scoring defense (58.3)... the Seawolves have secured the 11th 20-win season in program history and the fi rst since going 27-7 in 2010-11... UAA has more than doubled its opponents in steals (338-141) and nearly pulled the trick in offensive rebounds (391-216)... UAA s 12-0 start matched the best in program history, along with the 2006-07 club, and tied for the 3rd-longest overall win streak in program history; with two wins this week, the team would match the 4th-longest streak at 10 games... the Seawolves have clinched the program s ninth consecutive winning season and are likely to earn their eighth NCAA Tournament berth in nine years... UAA has also qualifi ed for the GNAC Tournament every season since that event was

installed in 2011 boosted by its recent 15-game home-court win streak, the Seawolves are a combined 123-11 (.918) in the last nine seasons at the Wells Fargo Sports Complex and Alaska Airlines Center.
