The shoot appears to have been a great success with lots of positive comments received from archers. Our thanks go to Arrowhead UK and SCAS for their sponsorship, Duncan Gordon, of Bel & the Dragon Hotel in Kingsclere and the local scout movement for their excellent catering service, our Lady Paramount Jo Bevis, and all those that helped stage and dismantle the event, as well as William Robin Hood Hastings for the use of the ground. Also to our Judges, Richard Jones [chair], Gerald Farrell and candidate judges Martin Whiting and Maurice Berridge. Anna Catling has a claim for a UK Record for Ladies U18 American Flatbow for unmarked, there are 5 claims for Arrowhead awards (2 green, 2 black, 1 grey).
