8. RIDERS' BRIEFING Meeting point: at the starting grid. 9. PROLOGUE Length: approximately 10 km long, start and finish at -The Office Lounge Predeal 10. ENDURO DAYS 1 AND 2 Day 1: approximately 80 km long, start at 08.30, closing of the track at 18.00 Day 2: approximately 70 km long, start at 08.30, closing of the track at 18.00 11. FUEL / CARBURANT In accordance with FIM-Europe specifications. 12. INSURANCE By endorsing the application form for entry, the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider is insured in accordance with the FIM requirements. The organizer has contacted a third party insurance in according with Art. 110.1 of the UEM / FIM Europe Sporting Code. This insurance includes a guarantee of the minimum amount as stipulated by the UEM / FIM Europe Management Council. The Insurance comes in effect 2 days before the first practice and ends 2 days after the meeting. The organiser disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other incident. 13. PROTESTS AND APPEALS Any person or group of persons (rider, entrant, manufacturer, official, etc.), recognised bythe FIM and concerned by a decision taken under the authority of the FIM, may ask forredress for the consequences of that decision. Protests to the Race Direction and appeals against it decision must be lodged according tothe Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the FRM and the Supplementary Regulationsand be accompanied by a fee of 50.- or the equivalent amount in local currency,returnable if the protest is justified. Generally, protests against the eligibility of a rider, entrant or a motorcycle entered, mustbe made before the start of the official practice. Any other protests must be lodged immediately after the reason for the protest is known. Protests against results must be presented to the Race Direction within 30 minutes following the announcement of the results.
14. PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY The first three riders in each class (overall standings) must take part in the official Prize-Giving Ceremony, which must be held after the last race of the meeting. The riders concerned must attend the prize-giving ceremony until the end. Any infractionof this rule will be penalised by the Race Direction. 15. INTERPRETATION OF THE SR The interpretation of these Supplementary Regulations rests entirely with the RaceDirection. In case of dispute, regarding interpretation or if there is any difference betweenthe two official texts, the English text will prevail.
