No. 22 Union men s basketball is coming off an 0-2 weekend at the McKendree Classic in Lebanon, Ill. Union lost 82-77 in overtime to Lindenwood (Mo.) and then fell 77-69 to host McKendree. Union played without the help of Dani Marti who was injured early in the Lindenwood game. Marti is expected to return to action in tonight s game versus Campbellsville (Ky.). Union is led in scoring by senior Antoine Hall with 15.0 points per game. Laventrice Gray is second with 14.3 points per game. David Lane (12.3), Skyler Vaden (11.5) and Anthony Freeman, Jr. (10.3) are also over 10 points per game for this Union squad. Dani Marti is at 9.0 points per game, but was averaging 12 points per game before he had to leave the game on Friday. Campbellsville has won two straight on the season after falling in their first game of the year to Miami-Middletown (Fla.) 83-74. Campbellsville has since recorded a 113-59 win over Ohio- Chillicothe and a 80-76 win at Life (Ga.). The Tigers are led by Reggie Smith and Justin Ennis with 17 points per game. Malik Thomas and Dennis Harris are at 14 points per game, while Rilwan Bakare is at 10 points per game. Up next for Union will be a road trip to play No. 13 Tougaloo (Miss.)
