Hello My Fellow Eagles, I would like to apologize for last month's letter, I have no excuses so I will not make one, I sincerely apologize. Moving on to this month's news... seems like summer is behind us and fall is creeping in. We have our now famous Halloween Party coming up on Saturday October 29th (my personal favorite) and our member favorite costume contest, so I hope you get very creative because there are some great costumes, and I plan to win this year!! So I hope you bring your best costume! As always there will be prizes for best member costume Aerie and Auxiliary, and prizes for non-members so bring your family and friends and their friends too!! They will not be disappointed! There is also a Kids Halloween Party on the same day from 1 to 3 pm so bring the kids dressed up for some candy and fun! Just to remind our new and existing members, we are always looking for volunteers to help us out on our events like the Halloween, Christmas and New Years Eve party, so if you're that new member or existing member that wants to get involved but doesn't know how, this is your chance!! We're always looking for great people to help on committees. I would like to welcome our new members, we always enjoy meeting new people and I look forward to continue seeing you, don't forget to tell your friends about our club. Also a reminder to those Bronco fans, every Sunday, join us at the club to watch the Bronco games and enjoy some great food, it's a potluck buffet so there's always some really good home cooked dishes, join us! *Please try to bring a covered dish and share with everyone. If you cannot bring a dish please try to donate a few bucks. This money will be used for our big super bowl party. So, I look forward to seeing you on Saturday October 29th at the Halloween party and bring your best, because I will!!!! Fraternally, Salomon Caldera Worthy President salcalvi38@gmail.com P.S. New Years will be here soon and we have no volunteers to chair the committee yet. Let s get together and get this organized as soon as we can. PLEASE consider volunteering some of your time.

Hello Sisters and Brothers of Thornton 3226, We are looming closer and closer to the best season of all, FALL! We have lots of fun events coming up this month so please join us! Wrapping up summer shenanigans, it was great to see that Thornton 3226 had a healthy number of members attend the annual State Camping Trip at 11-mile reservoir! If you are wondering what we all do up there and are interested in going next year, do yourself a favor and come on up. We had a horseshoe tournament, chili cook-off, crawfish boil/potluck dinner, plenty of camp fires and the scenery is magnificent. Way to go Thornton for making a Big appearance there! As you know, we have started our Wednesday Meal nights back up and it has been wonderful to see so many members come in for a bite to eat to support the Ladies Auxiliary! Be sure to mark your calendar on Monday October 24 th, I will be hosting Monday night football wings! Most importantly, our Children s and Adult Halloween Party is coming up on Saturday October 29 th. Please see flyers and calendar for details. I am looking forward to all of the creative costumes that will be on display to celebrate my favorite holiday of the year! Last but not least, I would like to invite more sisters of the Auxiliary to join our Auxiliary meetings that are on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:30PM. I want to hear your ideas for events and I want to see more smiling faces in our crowd! I have a special gift for the sister who, at our first meeting of October, answers this question: In what year was Thornton Auxiliary 3226 founded? Come on to the meeting and let me know your answer and be a part of our winning sisterhood! Respectfully, Morgan Morgan Brezall Madam President
