HOME OPENER: The Cyclones are 12-2 all-time in Home Openers, including 9-2 against the Staten Island Yankees...One of their two home losses was the worst loss in franchise history, as Brooklyn fell to Staten Island 18-0 to open the home schedule in 2006. OPENING DAY SUCCESS: The Cyclones improved to 12-3 on Opening Day thanks to their win last night... Brooklyn is 10-2 on Opening Day against the Staten Island Yankees. VS. STATEN ISLAND: The Cyclones hold an 96-87 advantage over Staten Island during the all-time series...
