! BIG GAME FISHING Embark on a half day or full day fishing expedition. Your day begins with breakfast as we cruise towards deep water. Avid sportsmen then have the chance to fish for tuna, mahi-mahi, jackfish, Wahoo and sailfish. Chilled refreshments and snacks are included. If you do manage to land the big one our chefs would be happy to prepare your fresh catch to your liking at dinner the same night! PRIVATE FISHING Request a boat, set a time and we will set off to catch some of the Indian Ocean s finest fish. The recreation team can be equipped to bottom line fish or to search for something a little bigger. If you are lucky enough to catch one our chefs at our restaurant will be delighted to prepare it to your liking for a leisurely lunch or dinner the next day with a fee of US$15 per person. This is why our resident marine biologists have teamed up with the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration of North America (NOAA) to conduct a tag and release program for billfish caught in the local area.!2
! SANDBANK PICNIC A boat trip to an unspoiled and uninhabited Sandbank where you will enjoy a day doing whatever the heart desires. Snorkelling, fishing, or trying to find some dolphin and lounging are just a few suggestions for time on this white Sand Beach surrounded by turquoise water. VISIT MALE OUR CAPITAL Discover the capital of the Maldives, Malé. On this small island, measuring just 1.7 kilometers by 1.0 kilometer, 100,000 inhabitants live and work. Visit the Friday Mosque with its towering minaret dominating the skyline. The National Museum showcases some of the Sultan's riches, as well as archaeological finds. There is a colorful market and many tea houses serving Indian teas and sweet cakes. When visiting local islands and Male, please be respectful of the local culture and wear conservative clothing.
