TUESDAY 9.15 a.m. Cultural Winter Walk and Speck Experience Together with Elke, our hiking guide, we start our leisurely Roas (Tyrolean for ramble) through the village of Itter in the village square. First, we visit St. Josefph`s church and the war memorial. After a short stop by Itter Castle we walk along the Way of St. James to the Genusswelt, a show room of the Ager company where speck is still being produced in traditional manner according to old farmers recipes.
