(3-a-side) 2 TEAM 2 2 Serve 3 & 4 to player 2 on left TEAM 1 3 1) When serving, ball must land in correct 1/3. During free play, ball must bounce anywhere on the table, once per side. Maximum of 2 consecutive hits per person. Volleying not permitted. 2) 3 players per side. Each team use T3 bats marked 1 to 3. 3) Service is delivered from centre 1/3 by player 1 (bat 1) who serves twice to his opponent, also player 1, standing directly opposite. Ball must land in their 1/3 of the table. 1 SERVE: FROM CENTRE: 2 serves to opponents 1-2-3 in that sequence: centre left right TEAM 2 1 Serve 1 & 2 to player 1 in centre TEAM 1 1 TEAM RECEIVING return to same positions after each point 4) Player 1 then serves to opponents 2 and 3. 2 serves to each player, 6 in total. 5) Receiving team maintain same starting positions throughout services. 6) Service then changes sides, repeat steps 3) to 5). Best of 3 games wins set. Change sides after each game. Chaos Theory (6-a-side) 1) 6 per side, total 12 players. 2) 1 ball per side; 2 balls in total. Each rally consists of 2 points, 1 per ball. 3) Each team nominates a server whose position is always in centre 1/3. 6 1 4) Both teams start game by serving simultaneously right to left (as per diagram) ball must land in the correct 1/3 (2 players in each 1/3).
