HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT AT QUARRY OAKS Situated on 440 acres, Quarry Oaks will allow you to experience a serene setting while enjoying a great day of golf. We are located just north and east of the City of Steinbach and a short and picturesque 60km drive south east of Winnipeg. With 27 holes, our beautifully sculpted fairways, grand oaks and water features running throughout the course are pleasing to the eye. The course was created with golfers of all levels in mind. We have more than got you covered with an excellent range and practice facility that has all grass teeing surfaces, the best short game practice area in the province and quality range balls. Inside and out, our food & beverage facilities will enhance your golf experience. The Banquet Room can accommodate up to 125 guests and our Marquee is a beautiful custom-built facility that can house up to 300 guests. Quarry Oaks has the ability to host everything from intimate groups to large tournaments with our 27 holes of golf. At Quarry Oaks, we offer an unrivaled golf experience from a group of 16 to a tournament of 216 players. THE COURSES Quarry Oaks 27-hole facility offers a choice of three distinct courses to play. We offer 9, 18 and 27-hole shotgun starts for groups ranging in size from 40-216 golfers. 27 holes also allow you the flexibility to choose what time you want to start. The Oak Course The Oak Course features beautiful tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers that will direct you to keep your ball in play. Three par 3 s and accessible holes make the Oak a popular choice for tournaments. The Desert Course The Desert Course offers a challenge for players of all abilities. The unique backdrop of waste bunkers and water make this nine an unforgettable golfing experience. The lakes, created by the old gravel quarry, can be viewed from five of the holes. The Quarry Course The Quarry Course provides our guests with a more challenging test of golf. The Island Green on 6 and the par four on 8 are two of five holes where the lakes created by the old quarry come into play. These holes are also considered as signature holes at Quarry Oaks. 4 QUARRY OAKS

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION Deposit and Contract: Once a date has been decided upon, a $500 deposit is required to secure your tournament date and starting time. The deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of the reserved event. In addition to a deposit, a tournament contract must also be signed and returned by the booking party. Once the contract and deposit are received, the date is then secured for your event. Deposits may be made by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card. The remaining balance by cash, cheque, or debit only. Rain Checks: As a tournament organizer, rainy days are something you have to plan for. Unless the golf course is unplayable, the last thing you want to do is cancel. At Quarry Oaks we offer a unique solution by offering all golfers a full rain check whether they play or not. You can have your banquet, hand out your prizes and every golfer has the opportunity to come and play 18 holes of golf in perfect weather conditions at a later date. Tournaments less than 144 players will have the starting holes or starting times determined by Quarry Oaks once the group pairings list is submitted, to ensure a continuous pace of play. TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS The Tournament Coordinator is responsible for the conduct of the players. The Tournament Coordinator is responsible for communicating the rules and regulations of Quarry Oaks to the players and should arrive at the Course a minimum 2 hours prior to first tee off. All players should respect the direction and advice offered by all Quarry Oaks Staff. Groups falling behind the event pace may be asked to play from the Gold Tees, or skip a hole if they are holding up play. Appropriate attire is required both on the course and in the Clubhouse. Please observe the following dress code: Shirts and appropriate footwear (no metal spikes) are to be worn at all times. Denim is discouraged. MEN - Shirts shall have sleeves and collars. Mock necks are acceptable. Shorts must be hemmed with pockets. WOMEN - Sleeveless shirts with or without collar and athletic sportswear is permitted. Reframe from wearing: spaghetti straps, halter tops, strapless top and exposed midriff. Personal Alcohol is not allowed on Quarry Oaks property as per MLCC regulations. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for alcohol brought onto the property. Coolers are subject to inspection. Golf carts are to be driven in a safe and responsible manner. Only two players and their equipment are allowed on each car. Golfers may be asked to sign waivers and supply a credit card number in order to use golf carts, Please replace divots, rake bunkers, repair ball marks on greens and place garbage in containers provided. 5 QUARRY OAKS

For Tee Gifts, we have access to manufacturers who can provide anything that a tournament requires and at the same time offer you a sizeable volume discount and easily achievable minimums. We can also offer products that are outside of the common corporate offerings as well as products that are part of the mainstream golf environment, all at competitive prices. BEVERAGE SERVICE We offer a variety of options for your bar service, ranging from Host Bar service where the host is charged for all beverages consumed or Cash Bar service where your guests are responsible for paying for their own beverages. Only Quarry Oaks employees may operate the bar. It is illegal to transport liquor off the premises of Quarry Oaks. Outside wine, beer and liquor are prohibited. Prices includes all bartender service, garnishes and mix. Beverage prices include GST, PST but not gratuities (15%). There is no additional charge for corkage.

TOURNAMENT CHECKLIST 12 Weeks Prior to Tournament Date If you feel your tournament requires additional carts more than our complete fleet of power carts. Establish quantity of prizes/tee gifts needed bases on participation. See Professional Golf Shop for assistance in prize or tee gift ideas. 4 Weeks Prior to Tournament Date Advise final menu selections. Confirm room set up requirements, i.e., table configurations, prize tables, etc. 2 Weeks Prior to Tournament Date (1 Week For Tee Time Event) Confirm the number of rental club sets required: men s/ ladies, right/left handed. Confirm final number or power carts required including volunteer carts. Confirm number of additional dinner guests. Advise guaranteed number of player and guaranteed number of dinner guests. Advise when supplies/prizes will be delivered and ascertain a storage location 1 Week Prior To Tournament Date Advise sponsor holes set up, requirements for holes, dates and times for arrival of supplies. Advise scoring method selected (scramble, best ball) and number of places to score. Advise on-course competitions (i.e. long drives, hole-inone, etc.). Submit finalized tournament players draw list indicating players first and last names. The number of people participating in golf or attending dinner must be confirmed a minimum of 7 days prior to the event. Your final invoice will include a minimum of 95% of that confirmed number. 2-3 Days Prior To Tournament Date Deliver freestanding signs and banners for golf course indicating placement requests. If a car is being delivered, please ensure dealer plates and keys are left with Quarry Oaks Staff. 11
