TAKE A CHANCE: In Game 1 of Saturday s doubleheader, C Chance Sisco cut Baltimore s defi cit to 3-2 with an RBI double in the second inning, then tied the game with his steal of home on a double steal with 3B Jace Peterson, who stole second base...it marked Sisco s fi rst career stolen base, and the fi rst steal of home by an Orioles player since Seth Smith did so on May 4, 2017 at Boston...According to STATS, LLC., Sisco is the fi rst Orioles catcher to steal home (since 1974, when such data is available)...he is the fi rst catcher in the majors to steal home since Toronto s Russell Martin did so on June 2, 2015 at Washington...Sisco is the 39 th catcher in the majors to steal home (since 1974)...Became the fi rst Oriole to steal home for their fi rst career stolen base since Cal Ripken, Jr. on May 31, 1982 vs. Texas. MORE ABOUT MANNY: SS Manny Machado went 2-for-4 with two home runs (one grand slam) and six RBI on Friday night...it marked his fi rst grand slam of the season and the eighth of his career...machado s eight grand slams ties him with Chris Davis for most in the majors since his debut in 2012...On Friday, he hit the 149 th and 150 th home runs of his career, becoming the youngest Oriole to collect 150 career home runs (25 years, 309 days old)...prior to Machado, Eddie Murray was the youngest Oriole to reach 150 home runs at 26 years, 165 days.
