The Korean American Sports Association is a public association that represents all the Korean Sports organizations in United States. We have held Korean American Sports festivals ever two years in the cities where many Koreans are living. In June 201 7, the 19th Korean American Sports Festival is scheduled to hold in Dallas at the center of the United States. While there were many difficulties in the past, the Korean American Sports Festival became the largest event among Korean communities after 1 7th festival. The coming 19th Sports Festival is expected to be the largest in history, reaching the highest number of the players and the games that the players will participate in. It is possible that the Korean American Sports Festival shows the collaboration among Korean Americans who have been scattered across the nations because the sports festival plays a role of a Diaspora in Korean American communities. Finally, I would like to express our gratitude on behalf of the Korean American Sports Council to the Dallas Korea Sports Association and Korean communities in Dallas who are preparing for the sports festival. Keith Ahn, President of Korean Sports Association in USA Overall Festival Chair THE 19th KOREAN AMERICAN NATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL ORGANIZATION 3
