Weekend/Holiday Tournament Reservation Policies (effective January 1, 2017) In order to insure course availability for the general public during the peak season, the following policies will be applied to tournaments scheduled for weekend days or holidays. All tournaments scheduled on a weekend or holiday, from April 1 st through October 31 st, will be charged a minimum fee of $3,500. The rate per golfer for all weekend or holiday tournaments will be $42 per golfer. Player fees, food, beverage and merchandise sales can all be applied towards the minimum fee of $3500. Tournaments scheduled on a weekend or holiday will be required to submit a non-refundable $2,000 deposit at least 15 days prior to the tournament date. The deposit will be applied towards the tournament balance. A minimum of 60 golfers are required to schedule and conduct a weekend tournament. Tournament Director will still be responsible for the minimum tournament fee. A tournament roster, with the minimum 60 golfers, must be submitted to the Clubhouse Manager at least 7 days prior to the tournament date. Roster additions after that date can be made as needed. Failure to submit the Tournament Deposit or Roster of Players by the established deadlines will result in the tournament being cancelled. No exceptions. Tournament balance owed to Tanglewood will be due immediately upon completion of the event. It is recommended that weekend tournaments select a start time of either 8:30 am or 12:30 pm. Tournament Director will still be bound by all of the additional terms of the contract. Timeline for Weekend/Holiday Tournaments scheduled during April 1 October 31: 15 days prior to tournament date: $2,000 non-refundable deposit due 7 days prior to tournament date: Roster with a minimum of 60 players due Day of Tournament: $1,500 plus any remaining balance due
