On Z Road Again By Linda Williams ZONC s Planning Meeting for 2019 Sunday, January 13, 2019 11:30 AM Happy New Year to all of our ZONC Members and their families! I hope each and every one of you enjoyed all of your holiday festivities! I m sure we all consumed a lot of food and all the baked goods that everyone seemed to give you, even though we probably didn t need them but surely enjoyed them. We had our Annual Awards Banquet and Installation of Officers on Saturday, Dec. 8th at the Stars Recreation Center in Vacaville. The weather held out and we didn t get any rain but most people still didn t drive their Z s. The food was great and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Our board will remain the same with the exception of the Secretary s position, which is open. If you are interested, please contact me for more information. Congratulations Andrea, Jason, and Wade! Thank you Ann for all your hard work as Secretary in 2018! 2019 is here and brings Z Owners of Northern California into a new year with warm memories of all the events from last year and the events that we will be planning for this year. We need all your input to try and make this another very memorable year for our club. Our 2019 Planning Meeting will be on Sunday, January 13th at Fuddrucker s in Walnut Creek, 11:30AM. Please bring all of your ideas for the events that you would like to see in 2019. This includes, car runs, show n shine, Annual Car Show, Annual Picnic, Annual Awards Banquet and Installation of Officers, and any other ideas you can think of that you would like to participate in. Maybe we could have a run that would include an overnighter to somewhere, we just need the ideas on where we would like to go. Fuddruckers 1940 N. Toy's for Kids Annual Banquet and Installation of Officers By Linda Williams On Saturday December 8 th, Z Owners of Northern California (ZONC) held their Annual Awards Banquet and the Installation of Officers for 2019 at Stars Recreation Center in Vacaville. There were a total of 27 members and guests that attended this year, coming from all areas of the Bay Area! When we arrived, the room was set up and decorated very nicely, and was very festive. The food was excellent and all of the plates were empty by the end of the luncheon. A table was set up to hold all of the various toys that were brought by everyone, and after the meeting they were taken to the Vacaville Police Department to be donated to needy children.
