With the registration the associations and starting communities ensure the match ability of their athlets. 2. All participants must be in the possession of a valid sport health and starting passport 3. The sport health certificates must be shown to the competition office before the official beginning. The last medical examination in the sport health certificate may not
be older than 6 months (counted from the last day of the competition). Participants which do not fulfill these conditions are loosing their starting rights. Foreign participants must be in the possession of an appropriate medical permission of an disabled athletes federation or the international starting passport Anti-Doping: The regulations of Deutscher Behindertensportverband e. V. (DBS, German Disabled Sports Federation) outlaw any type of doping. The Anti-Doping Code of DBS applies in conjunction with the regulations of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the National Anti Doping Agency of (NADA) and, in international competitions, the regulations of the responsible international sports federation (hereafter: anti-doping regulations). With the submission of his or her application, the participant acknowledges and accepts the anti-doping regulations in their currently applicable version (available at www.dbs-npc.de). Doping controls may be carried out randomly. With the submission of his or her application, for any disputes arising from or related to anti-doping regulations, the participant acknowledges and accepts the responsibility of NADA for the results management and the initiation of disciplinary proceedings according to the National Anti-Doping Code (NADC), as well as the responsibility of the German Court of Sports Arbitration at the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) for any adversary proceedings of first instance according to the DIS rules of arbitration without recourse to any ordinary court of law. This also applies for any preliminary or interlocutory proceedings. In case of the taking of any prohibited substance or using of any prohibited method according to the currently applicable version of the WADA Prohibited List, it is the participant s sole responsibility to apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) in a timely manner and to submit a valid TUE or valid medical certificate in case of a doping control. Liability: The DBS and its organs are responsible for accidents only within the borders of the existing liability insurance protection. The liability for accidents going beyond it is expressly excluded. The insurance contract can be seen at any time in the DBS office. Requirements from the sport accident insurances of the national sport federations or of the DBS are not affected by this limitation of liability.
