1. Current Show Horse Council of WA or EWA height certificates must be presented when nominating for either the official or encouragement rings. 2. Ponies /horses competing in the official ring can be either EWA or SHC registered 3. Leading Rein Rider must be 3years of age and under 8 years of age 4. Proof of age for Junior Riders must be present, if required on the day 5. Stallions not permitted on the grounds! 6. No dogs on the ground PLEASE! 7. Yards MUST be cleaned before you depart the grounds 8. Protests must be received in writing within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the event in question, with a $100 fee attached refund will only take place if the protest is upheld. 9. Ponies/horses/riders that have competed in the Official ring in the past 12 months, cannot compete in the Encouragement ring 10. Encouragement entries may only compete in one section ONLY - meaning walk trot or open 11. Competitors are not to approach a judge at any time, please request through an official APPROVED SAFETY HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL COMPETITORS. Riding on the grounds is not permitted if you are not entered, unless a ground fee is paid and proof of insurance is submitted and the disclaimer signed All riders and riding visitors MUST BE members of EA / SHC / PCAWA / GOSNELLS and proof is to be supplied BEFORE riding Lunging is not permitted on the grass in the main arena Please use the area as directed by the committee DOGS are NOT permitted on the grounds at shows held by Gosnells Riding and Pony Club.
