JANUARY 2019 NEWSLETTER HAPPY NEW YEAR Welcome to a new year and welcome to Westwind RV and Golf Resort in Yuma, Arizona, the sunniest place in the United States. Fasten your seatbelts and let us take you on a ride through our January agenda, which, you will see, is filled with exciting action, entertainment, and activities you will not find anywhere else. WE ARE A COMPLETE RESORT As our name imply, we are a Golf and RV Resort, and if you ask golfers who have tackled our links, they will tell you it is a very challenging Par 3, 9-hole executive course, so come mentally prepared for a tough test. Feel free to join the Ladies or Men s League on Mondays and Tuesdays, respectively, or connect with the Mixed League folks on Wednesdays. If you crave more fun, by all means unite with your pals at the Run-A-Muck Scramble on Thursdays.
When you are done with golf, get a bite to eat at the Cactus Café or Cheers Lounge where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. If you want to relax and enjoy a drink, just gather your friends and snuggle down by one of our fire pits out on the Terrace, where the ambiance is magical at night. FIRST CLASS DINING AND A FULLY STOCKED BAR GOOD FOOD, GOOD DRINKS, GOOD COMPANY Golf is very popular here at Westwind, but it is not alone in our ensemble; we offer just about every recreational activity you can think of, so come ready to spend your winter months with us; indulge yourself in the fun things you always wanted to do: Lick up the sun, swim in the pool, play Pickleball, Volleyball, or Bocce, or how about a game of Billiards, Horseshoes, or Shuffleboard?
