Task Organization of a Squad SQUAD LEADER: A technically and tactically proficient leader who accomplishes all tasks assigned to his squad by his superiors. Characterized by aggression, courage, and integrity. Responsible for the maneuver of two fire teams and their respective leaders DO: Take responsibility, assess the situation rapidly, and make sound/timely decisions KEYS TO SUCCESS: 1.Understand what your Task is and the Purpose for doing it 2.Have your Squad ready to deploy quickly and never miss a time hack 3.Always use your firepower properly by placing each team with the right equipment in the right place at the right time 4.Never quit.
