SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES Daytona International Speedway welcomes its guests with disabilities and DIS provides numerous accessible features. If you have any questions about disabilities services or other fan amenities that the Speedway provides, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff, visit one of our Information Centers located throughout the property during events, or call our office at 1-800-PITSHOP (voice) or (386) 947-6700(TDD) or 866-ISC-TRAK (TDD). Maps of disabilities services are available on pages 28-29. These maps illustrate the location of parking areas, seating areas, Information Centers and restrooms available for guests with disabilities. Motorsports facilities are significant in size and accessed from many directions. To assist you in enjoying your visit with us, we have compiled the following information regarding our accessible services. TICKETS Accessible seating (with companion seating) is available at Daytona International Speedway. Please see page 27 for ticket information. Hearing impaired guests may call the ticket office at (386) 947-6700 (TDD) or 866-ISC-TRAK (472-8725) TDD. ARRIVING AT THE SPEEDWAY Please see page 12-13 for local law enforcement s recommended driving routes to the Speedway (enforced Feb. 14-17 and July 4-5). ACCESSIBLE PARKING AREAS The size of the Speedway and the race day traffic patterns (see pages 12-13) may impact your parking location. All of the Speedway s parking areas are free of charge. With the exception of reserved parking areas, Speedway parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Accessible parking areas fill quickly. Speedway guests with disabilities are advised to arrive extremely early on race days. Daytona 500 Experience (Lot 1A) - parking area West of Daytona 500 Experience, Northside of the Oldfield & DePalma Grandstands. Frontstretch (Lot 1B) - Northside of Weatherly, Campbell, Earnhardt & Sprint Tower Grandstands. Frontstretch (Lot 1C) - Northside of Sprint Tower adjacent to Sprint, Petty, Roberts, Segrave, Keech and Lockhart Grandstands. Superstretch (Lot 6) - adjacent to Allison Grandstand; South side of Superstretch

Hospitality Village. Superstretch (inside Gate 50) adjacent to the Turn 2, Lund and Allison Grandstands. ACCESSIBLE PARKING INFORMATION An authorized state-issued sticker, placard or license plate is required to park in designated accessible areas. (The person whom the pass was issued to must be in the vehicle.) Florida Highway Patrol Officers regularly perform checks to verify the issued to person s presence. Accessible (disabled permit or license) parking areas in Lots 1 & 6, plus inside Gate 50 are designated for car and light truck (i.e. pickups and vans) vehicles. These accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversize vehicles are not permitted and will be directed to alternate areas. Please note that Lot 1, Daytona 500 Experience and Lot 6 are the only guaranteed reserved disabled parking at the facility. These reserved accessible parking spaces are available at no charge for guests who purchase accessible wheelchair seating in the Grandstands. Speedway guests with disabilities without reserved parking passes may be directed to park in the accessible section of the Lot into which traffic is being directed, based on available spaces and the traffic pattern that is in effect at that time of arrival. SERVICES OF THE SPEEDWAY S INTEGRATED TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM We make every effort to provide a convenient means for any disabled individual to receive assistance in getting to their seats. The Speedway provides free transportation from our parking areas via an integrated transportation system utilizing the following: Tram Service - Courtesy tram service and specialty vans are provided between the Frontstretch and Superstretch Grandstand Areas, from outside the Turn 1 Tunnel to Sprint FANZONE in the infield. Trams are equipped with wheelchair ramps to accommodate guests with disabilities. Tram passengers under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Infield Fan Shuttle Courtesy shuttles are available to transport guests in the infield between turns 1&2 and 3&4 and Sprint FANZONE. In addition, golf carts are on standby to assist in transporting guests with disabilities, outside the track on Speedway property to the admission gate closest to the guest s seating location and into the infield shuttle stop closest to the Orange area in the infield. Buses - Courtesy buses are available to transport guests from FREE Lots 7 & 10 to bus plazas at the speedway at no charge. Please see maps on page 16-19. See page 28-29 for tram, infield tram shuttle and bus plaza map. DISABILITIES ASSISTANCE CARTS

Golf carts can be accessed through the Guest Information Centers (See? symbol on map located on pages 28 & 29 for locations), by contacting one of our Checkered Flag Committee members or any radio equipped Speedway Staff member. Guests should expect delays during peak times. To service all guests in need of this free service in a timely manner, use of these carts is restricted to the disabled guest and one companion or family member at peak times. Vans in the hospitality areas are also available during pre-race to transport guests with disabilities to the pre-race activities area (track schedule and weather permitting) and Grandstand seating areas. For the safety of all guests, disability assistance carts may not be operational immediately following the conclusion of the event. DIS staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operation. ELEVATORS Elevator Access - The following is a list of elevators and the Grandstand sections they will reach. To accommodate all guests with disabilities in a timely manner, we must limit the number of people riding the elevators to the guest and one companion (or family member). It is the responsibility of speedway elevator attendants to see to it that elevator access is provided to individuals with disabilities, including those whose condition may not be readily apparent. Proof of disability is not required. East Elevator Located (outside) behind the Sprint Tower Sections R-U with access to: Level 4 Sprint and Earnhardt Towers - all sections. Level 3 Weatherly Tower Sect. A-C. Level 2 Campbell Grandstand. West Elevator Located (outside) behind Petty Tower Sections X-Z with access to: Level 4 Sprint and Petty Towers - all sections. Level 2 Campbell Grandstand and Roberts Chair. East Sprint Tower Elevator Located (inside) East entrance of tower. Levels 5, 6 & 7 Sprint Tower Suites. Level 4 Sprint and Petty Towers - all sections. Level 3 Sprint Tower Section E-O. Level 2 Roberts Tower Section K-L and Campbell 200-level Suites. West Sprint Tower Elevator located inside West Entrance of the Sprint Tower with access to: Sprint Tower Suites 500, 600 and 700 levels. Campbell Suites - 200 Level. (Note: This elevator does not access any Grandstand wheelchair seating areas.)

Superstretch Elevators - located on the Superstretch, under Lund Grandstands. All elevators will access the Terrace Club (Level 3) where the disabled seating is located. The elevator, farthest west, is the only elevator that will access the restrooms on the second level. A Speedway representative will be on Level 3 with a key to access that elevator as is needed. Pit Road Patio - (infield) elevator located on East and West ends. DISABILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES Restrooms Restrooms are available throughout the Speedway, including Grandstand and infield areas. Wheelchairs Guests in need of renting a wheelchair or ECV may contact the Chamber of Commerce in Daytona Beach at (386) 255-0981 for rental referrals. Wheelchairs for visitors of the Daytona 500 Experience are available in limited quantities at the Guest Services desk for use while inside the Daytona 500 Experience attraction. Guests may bring their own wheelchairs and ECV s for personal use while visiting the Speedway. TDD Telephone Lines Telephone lines Located at the Guest Services desk inside the Daytona 500 Experience and in the Infield Care Center. Amplified headsets are available for assisted listening in the Daytona 500 Experience Daytona 500 Movie pre-show area and inside the IMAX Theater. Ask a Daytona 500 Experience staff person for assistance. Also, CDs with the Fan Guide are available for hearing impaired. CD s of the Fan Guide are available for sight impaired guests. SERVICE ANIMALS The Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting disabled guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags. Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably. Since the Speedway covers several hundred acres and has plenty of activities to experience, we suggest that

guests bring a wheelchair or walker, if needed. Accessible picnic benches and Grandstand seating are available throughout the property.
