Please do not be late, as we need this time to get everyone organized. Dancers will need to stay back stage throughout the entire performance. Each class will be assigned a chaperone. If parents of young children feel that they need to stay with their dancer during the performance, please sign up to be a chaperone. No siblings will be allowed back stage. Immediately following the show, chaperones will take the dancers back into their dressing room to get their belongings. Young dancers will need to be checked out of the dressing room by one parent. Please do not bring additional family members into the dressing room, as it can get very congested. No males allowed in the dressing room areas. Dancers arriving for the second show (COMPANY CONCERT) will meet in the atrium at 5:45 p.m. and will follow the same procedure listed above CHAPERONES COMPANY PARENTS - We would like to ask the Mom s or older sisters of Company dancers (that do not have younger dancers) to chaperone the first show. AS A THANK YOU CHAPERONES WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESERVE THEIR SEATS FOR THE SHOW DURING AN EARLY RESERVATION PERIOD. AN EARLY RESERVATION CODE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU. Dance bags should include make-up for touch up, comb, hairspray, extra bobby pins, safety pins, water bottle and quiet activity. LABEL EVERYTHING WITH YOUR CHILD S NAME.
