Open to Adults and Children Sponsored by David & Gillian Lemberg - THE REBECCA LEMBERG MEMORIAL TROPHY RECIPE FOR FOUR EGG SPONGE 4 Eggs 3/4 cup Castor Sugar 2 ounces butter 1 cup cornflour 3 teaspoons plain flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Beat eggs until thick, gradually add sugar. Sift flour 3 times adding baking powder. Fold flours into egg and sugar mixture. Then add melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cake to be uniced and joined with gladwrap.
