LEISURE BUDDY PROGRAM If your child needs extra support in any of the listed programs we have a leisure buddy program that supports your child one on one. We will provide up to one week support per child. Leisure buddies are volunteers so please put your request in early. Forms can be picked up at any Port Coquitlam Recreation Facility or the leisure buddy request form can be found at www.portcoquitlam.ca/access. YOUTH VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP TRAINING Learn leadership skills and volunteer with children during thd second week of spring break. Scenario based training includes teambuilding, leadership, programming, and safety. Grades 9-12. (5-7 yrs) Is your child too young for the Sneakers and Swimsuits but too old for the half day camp? Then this is the camp you are looking for. The days are filled with many of the same safe and exciting activities as Sneakers and Swimsuits but custom made for 5-7 year olds. Spring fun activities. AQUATIC CAMPS Is your child hooked on swimming and can t seem to get enough of the water? Pre-register your child in this two hour, instructor led camp over Spring Break. Please come prepared with a light snack and water/juice for our 15 minute snack break. No nuts allowed. A formal level assessment will be completed on the last day. SWIMMING LESSONS: Looking for something for your children to do over Spring Break? Register them in our two week lesson set offered between 9-12pm and 4-7pm over Spring Break.
