Rules All classes will be run under BD/British Riding Club rules as appropriate. Any specific condition not covered by these rules will come under the jurisdiction of the British Horse Society. The judge s decision is final in all matters. Times quoted in the schedule are approximate only. Correct Riding attire, footwear and riding hats to British Riding Club standard with the harness correctly fastened must be worn by anyone riding anywhere at this competition. The Riding club accepts no liability for any thefts, accidents, damage, illness or injury, however caused to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever, save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom in law they are responsible. Neither the organisers of the event nor the landowners, British Horse Society or any other agent employed or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injuries to horses, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other persons or property whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. It is recommended that owners/riders have adequate insurance to cover them at this event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to a horse/competitor. No refunds of entry fees on the day. Entries will be taken up to start of class so up to competitor to avoid class clashes. Any objections must be made to the Secretary within 30 minutes of the incident, in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 20 which will be returned if the objection is upheld. No horses/ponies under the age of 4yrs old to be ridden anywhere on the show ground. Competitor s age as at date of show All dogs to be kept on a lead within the showground, including the parking area Eligibility for the RoR Riding Club Challenge - Horses with an RoR number (only horses who have raced in Great Britain will have a number) which must be supplied on the day of the competition.
