Golf & Gastronomy in Mauritius Now in its 4th year, "Long Beach Tee & Toque trophy" will take place from 19th to 26th March 2018 in Mauritius at the magnificent 5-star Long Beach. This exceptional golf and gastronomic journey will be hosted by the Grand Chef Jean-Pierre Vigato of Apicius restaurant in Paris & renowned South African Masterchef Reuben Riffel. It is managed by Swing (specialist golf & events consulting agency and organisation) and is sponsored by Sun Resorts. This 7 night golf trip, led by Christophe Ravetto (former European Tour player) includes 4 rounds of golf at the Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club and Anahita Golf Club, Half-Board accommodation with complimentary on-the-beach lunch, a catamaran excursion, the gala dinner and a cooking class with Jean-Pierre Vigato & Reuben Riffel. The tournament will be run in teams of 2 players. The first round at Anahita Golf Club, is a 4 ball betterball. The second round will be at the Île aux Cerfs Golf Club, a 2 ball scramble. The third round at Anahita Golf Club is a 2 ball scramble (different format). The fourth round at Île aux Cerfs Golf Club is an individual stableford. Golf Clubs Île aux Cerfs Golf Club Designed by famous golfer Bernhard Langer, the golf club is accessible to players of all levels. All 18 holes have views of the ocean, some with glimpses across clearings through the trees; others by skirting the breathtaking beaches.
