Note Due to limited practice time immediately prior to matches, East Leinster clubs are not listed on practice schedule due to their proximity to Knightsbrook and are therefore requested to book own practice time suitable to players and host club. TEAM MANAGER NOTES CATERING Catering will be available throughout the day. In advance, please advise the Caterer of your team s requirements and agree payment of team account. If your team requires breakfast please book with Club in advance. A table will be reserved in the upstairs Dining Room of the golf club for each team according to the time sheet. Meals for teams/players will be prioritised during the event. Buffet lunch/dinner 2 courses (main & dessert) for 15 Tea/Coffee & scone 4, Sandwich and soup or tea/coffee 5, soup & sandwich & tea/coffee 7 Each Club must settle their account prior to departure. PRESENTATIONS Depending on finishing times of matches there will be at least two presentations and possibly six. Friday 25 th September: Between 4pm and 6pm for Senior Foursomes, Minor Cup, & Intermediate Cup. Saturday 26 th September: Between 3pm and 4pm for Junior Foursomes, Junior Cup & Challenge Cup Final.
