Sheiner, G.Shofield, J.Tully Conditions, Rules and Regulations to be read in onjuntion with general show rules: Entry to showgrounds will be from 2pm Friday of the show unless prior arrangement has been granted for attle exhibitors The only amping permitted on the grounds will be for Cattle Exhibitors arriving on Friday, who an stay overnight with prior arrangement for Friday night only, in a designated area within the attle setion. All exhibitors must not leave the grounds until after Beef Interbreed on Saturday of the show and in the event of adverse weather and the disretion of the Chairman, time may hange. All exhibitors and attle must be removed from the grounds by 5.00pm on the Saturday. No amping permitted prior to Friday of the show and thereafter. Exhibitors, handlers and primary produers who show and enter their animals are required to have publi liability insurane and must provide a opy with eah entry, inluding online entries. Breeding dates are as of the date of the show, eah year. No Exhibit will be admitted onto the Showgrounds, unless tikets reeived when entries are made and presented at the gate. Please ensure you allow enough time for postage. Exhibitors will be required to plae Exhibits as direted by the Stewards or the Seretary. All vehiles bringing Exhibits to the yards must be removed from the yards after disharging their loads, or plaed where direted by the Stewards of the Setion No person, exept exhibitors entered and onfirmed stewards will be permitted to remain in the judging ring during the judging. The persons in harge must on no aount leave their respetive lots, or address the Judge, unless authorised by the Stewards. The Judge may award a seond prize instead of a first, or may withhold a prize altogether if he/she thinks there is not suffiient merit. The soiety has the right to split lasses pending the number of entry s and age of animals then judge the top 3 entrants in eah lass to ompete for the winning plaes. The deision of the Judge as to the merits of Exhibits shall be final and without appeal. No Exhibitor shall interfere with the Exhibits in ANY WAY whatever during the time the Exhibition is open. Berwik and Distrit Agriultural & Hortiultural Soiety In. will not be held responsible if an exhibitor has entered the inorret lass, after judging has ommened. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to hek setion lasses and will forfeit any prize money given. If, in the opinion of the Chairperson or Stewards the ondut of any Exhibitor or any other person shall be suh as to demand suh a ourse, they shall have the power to forfeit any or all prizes suh Exhibitors may have won, and may further ause suh person or Exhibitor and Exhibit to be removed from the Showgrounds. If due to unforeseen irumstanes sponsorship is not forthoming for any sponsored lass, the prizemoney/prize may not be provided by Berwik and Distrit Agriultural & Hortiultural Soiety In. The soiety reserves the right to substitute trophies and prize money for prizes. The lodging of any entry shall bind the exhibitor or a person or persons taking part in funtions on behalf of an exhibitor to the rules and regulations set out herein and the general show regulations & the signature of any exhibitor on the Soiety s entry form shall be an aeptane of these rules and onditions. Parent/Guardian to sign if exhibitor is under 18 years of age. Exhibitors are requested to respet designated loading ramps and wash areas to omply with bioseurity measures whih inludes exhibitors ompleting the National Cattle Health Delaration form upon entry. It is a Department of Primary Industries requirement that all attle leaving a property inluding attle attending attle shows must arry an NLIS identifiation tag. Sanning will take plae by a ommittee member during the show. Any animal showing signs of notable or ontagious diseases or parasites shall be removed immediately, at the disretion of the hief steward. All exhibitors are responsible for the safe ontrol and supervision of their animals. All Cattle are to be tethered by a halter and also seured by a nek strap. All beef attle in the judging rings must be fitted with a halter ontaining a hain under the hin. No rope halters will be allowed during judging, with the exeption of alves being led Under no irumstane are any beef attle to be moved around the attle setion without the orret nose grip/ring with attahed lead and halter. It is a requirement that all exhibitors must wear appropriate footwear and lothing whilst handling attle. No thongs or open shoes are permitted within the attle setion. All exhibitors must work within the Oupational Health & Legislation of the state Vitoria and ensure the safety of themselves, animals and persons attending with them during the show. The Chief Steward reserves the right to withdraw or deny an entry at their disretion, prior to and during the show. If an exhibitor fails to omply with the request of a representative of the Berwik and Distrit Agriultural and Hortiultural Soiety In, then the Chairperson may impose a penalty inluding but not limited to, denial from future ompetition at that or any future Berwik Shows, surrender of prize money, forfeiture of entry fees paid, immediate expulsion from Akoonah Park.. First Aid servies will be provided by the Berwik and Distrit Agriultural and Hortiultural Soiety In by an independent ompany. All exhibitors please be made aware of Pesti Virus and we ask that you onsider this upon entering. We reommend all animals be tested prior to entry as Berwik A.& H. Soiety take no responsibility. Smoking is not permitted inside buildings, within 10m of a building entrane, around ombustibles, during publi performanes or while handling hazardous materials. Extension ords must be earthed and all eletrial applianes must be earthed or double insulated. Applianes must be in a sound working order. The use of double adapters is stritly prohibited. Power boards must be fitted with urrent overload protetion Radiant eletri or gas heaters are prohibited. No naked flames are permitted. All Exhibitor eletrial items, inluding leads must have a urrent safety ompliane tag. All areas must be kept lean and tidy with learly defined and available aess and exit routes at all times. Build-up of ombustible waste must be avoided at all times. Care must be taken to minimize trip hazards and obstales that people may walk into. Avoid laying unproteted ables, pipes on paths, walkways or roads. Exhibitors are to keep items lear from marshalling areas and walkways. 11

Emergeny information and maps showing Emergeny Assembly Points are loated in the shedule. Exhibitors should be familiar with these plans. Exhibitors must notify the Chairperson, Committee Members, Stewards or Seretary immediately of any hazards deteted or inidents. Hazards or inidents are any situation that ould result or has resulted in: (a) the injury, illness or death of any person or animal (b) the damage, destrution or loss of property. No dogs are permitted within the attle area. All female animals beef/dairy over the age of 9 months must be led by a note grip and lead. All Bulls 6-9 months of age must be led by a nose grip or ring and lead. All Bulls over the age of 9 months must be led by a ring through the nose and lead. All alves at foot must be under 9 months of age on day of show. Calves at foot must be the natural progeny of the Dam and Sire and eligible for registration of the Breed Soiety of the Dam and Sire. Eah group in the attle setions must be the property of one exhibitor. No led breed lass animals an enter into ommerial lasses No ommerial animals an enter into breed lasses All attle handlers must not be under the influene of alohol and/or illiit drugs on Show Days. All attle handlers of Bulls aged 12 months and over must be 16 years old and over on Show Day. Junior handler lasses - all entrants must only parade Heifers up to the age of 24 months in this ompetition.
