Center from 8:00 to 8:30, exceptional changes of relay team members possible before 8:30 Excepted winner times: according to the Ski-O Rules of Czech Orienteering Federation, paragraph 13.2. Terrain, snow conditions and ski tracks quality: Flat ridge with mountain meadows and scattered buildings. North part of the area covered by forest on Kobyla Mountain (897 m). Altitude 730 897 m. There is continuous layer of snow depending on altitude and exposure to wind at the event area. The highest areas from 820 to 860 meters have from 20 to 40 centimeters of snow and it is possible to ski on forest tracks. The altitude between 750 and 820 meters has from 10 to 20

centimeters of snow and some limited places are covered minimally (earth banks, earth walls etc.). The altitude below 750 meters has larger areas without snow. Old snow is frozen, there are some places with ice in the forest it was not snowing for a month. There is about 5 cm of newer powder snow on top of the old snow. It is possible to use good skis. Damage to skis can happen very rarely in case a bad route choice is taken (crossing earth banks, crossing melted places on meadows little brooks, icy places in forest with little branches and cones). Ski tracks are maintained on top of old frozen snow layer. Therefore the tracks are not that well visible and there are also some old shortcuts made by other skiers in the past (that are not mapped). All snow mobile and snow machine tracks are mapped. Use not only ski tracks to navigate but also other map objects. Tracks classification: Full thick green line: snow machine with track for classic style, width more than 3 m - 58% of tracks Full thin green line: snow machine or snow mobile worse quality of surface, width 3 m 10% Dashed green line: snow mobile, width 0,8-1,5 m 32% Crossing of roads: Courses are crossing local roads on several places. Please take care. Places that are marked with symbol 708 Crossing point (ISOM 2000) will be maintained during the event to enable crossing without taking off the skis (carpet, layer of snow). Roads out of these crossing are not covered by snow and there is gritting applied (gravel, sand). Road crossing with skis on: Road crossing not ready for skiers: Punching: Sportident. Sportident read at the registration office. It is possible to borrow SI card for 40 CZK. If lost 800 CZK has to be paid to organizers. Parking: No fee for parking. Please arrive from the recommended direction of arrival Jilemnice Křížlice Roudnice. Please follow instructions of organizers. First, the car park next to the registration office will be used (P1). Next, the parking will be along long road (P2). Please do not use road between Roudnice and Vítkovice this road is primarily used by downhill skiers = customers of Ski Aldrov. Changing rooms and ski preparation: Own cars and in the event center. There is no electricity plug ready in the event center. WC: First aid: mobile WC in the event center On request in the event center. Possibilities of training: There will be a short warm-up loop in the event center. Other tracks around the event center are out of bounds areas for competitors. In case you do not have a team in relays and you want to ski on Sunday morning we recommend to consider other nearby ski centers.

Refreshments: Horní Mísečky free parking, cross-country skiing tracks or a ski trip to Vrbatova bouda or Medvědín (both places have a restaurant) Benecko paid parking, cross-country skiing tracks or ski trip to Žalý (tower, restaurant). Tea at the finish. Stand with minor refreshments for sale in the event center. Local restaurants in villages of Roudnice, Jestřabí, Křížlice nebo Vítkovice. Maps: Maps will be picked up at the finish both on Saturday and on Sunday. The maps will be at disposal after the Sunday afternoon event. Accommodation: Organized at ZŠ a MŠ Studenec on hard floor (GPS: 50.5528217N, 15.5477069E). Opening hours on Friday from 18:00 to 20:00. Please call +420 603 734 818 outside these hours.
