We know that Klement s would be an ideal partner in and around the stadium. We see a mutually beneficial partnership by providing our fans and visitors with quality Klement s products within the sports complex, stadium, and high end golf feature. In addition, we would like to offer Klement s stadium naming rights. Klement s would be provided with daily face-to-face exposure with tourists, baseball lovers, residents, other businesses and the community at large. The active lifestyle brand of experienced-based sports, culture, and entertainment is designed to build & cultivate a destination that will attract local and regional spectators and participants to boost Franklin s economy and business growth. These opportunities goes hand-in-hand with additional, commercial and entertainment/sports opportunities which we have outlined in the following presentation. 2

FARMING DEEPER INTO THE NUMBERS 2018 THE ROCK SPORTS COMPLEX Onsite Programming: We currently see 100,000+ baseball visits annually through our adult league, PTA travel baseball program, local high-school and college rentals, weekend tournaments, and other onsite events. Our plans include two more fields and a minor league stadium, which will substantially increase the visitor counts and visibility. Skill Hill: Via the expansion plans of our new Ski Hill tenant/operator (Schmitz Brothers), the development will see more traffic to winter (e.g. downhill racing, learn to ride) and summer programming (zip line, increased mountain biking, etc.). Hill Has Eyes: Rated the best haunted attraction in the Milwaukee area, HHE brings in 16,000+ visitors in the month of October 4

Our golf-entertainment product, in fact, is designed (and proven) to attract non- and lapsed-golfers back to the sport. This is a year-round range with heated bays and integrated into restaurant and retail buildings. Baseball & Fan Entertainment Stadium: We are set to develop a 4,000-seat minor league stadium, which we anticipate north of 180,000 240,000 baseball visits annually through Pro Baseball, home field for UWM Panthers and MOSE baseball, outdoor soccer, concerts, misc rentals. Soccer: We have plans to integrate the 1,700+ athletes currently playing for SC Waukesha. Indoor Sports Facility: Plans include a 77,000-sq. ft. indoor baseball & soccer facility with performance training academy. Mixed Use, Retail & Commercial: Spread out amongst three levels, food & beverage, merchandise, hotel, and retail shops will be integrated into the project. 5
