The order of play is: 25.10.2017 qualifying rounds 26-27.10.2017 main draw until semi finals 28.10.2017 finals from 11:00 AM Entry fees 40 euro for singles, 30 euros for doubles per player. The entry fees must be paid at the same time as the entries are submited. The enty fees wil not be refunded in the event in case of a withdrawal. Or if in accordance with the organizer they are allowed to pay at the tournament. This must be done before their first schedualed match, failure to do so mean that they will not be allowed to play. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes.
The member association that enters a player into a Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. For all players withdrawing in the time between the entry and the beginning of the tournament, the organizers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant member association. Entries : all entries must be made by using the BWF on-line entry system. It is required that every event has at least 8 competitors. If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. No show: Any player not showing up at the tournament, without having been withdrawn in advance, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an additional amount of US$ 500,00 for the inconvenience caused by the no show (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations The link: http://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/tournament.aspx?id=8387eebd-acf8-4a3d-8317-4e3f0109617b Entries must be submited no later then 26 September 2017 at 23:59 BWF HQ time (GMT +8:00) or local time for tournament organizer at 18:59 ISR time. Players can not be entered unless they allready have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a ID-number before the closing date of the tournament. No late entries will be accepted. MS & WS 32. Qualification up to 32 players. MD, WD & MXD 16. Qualification up to 16 pairs. Courts: the tournament will be played on 4 victor courts or less, depand on quantity of entries. System of compotition: K.O system according to the lows of badminton and competition regulations of BWF. Eligibility: participation is open to players of any national association recognized by the BWF. Shuttles: Li Ning A+300 Withdrawal: please ensure that the organizer is informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, together with reason. For Any withdrawal after the entry dead-line is over the player must pay the entry fee. Any withdrawal after Sunday, 8 October 2017, for any reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of US$ 150,00 for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General Competition Regulations). Visa:if you need visa for israel please ask israeli badminton association for the official invitation letter. It is advised to arrange the Visa in time at list 4 month before the beginning of the tournament. Draw: will be conducted by Badminton Europe. Condition of play: the tournament will be played in full accordance with the laws of badminton and competition regulations adopted by the BWF as well as the badminton Europe Circuit regulations. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for the events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called. Betting : There will be betting on offer from this event. Betting is however not allowed to be made by players or officials connected to the event either in person or through a third party. Participants may therefore not make bets on the Event or procure through third parties the making of bets with a betting agency.
Participants who, in violation of this prohibition, nevertheless make or procure through third parties the making of bets with betting agencies shall be immediately disqualified from participation in the Event and are liable for legal prosecution. Similarly manipulation of games will be met with disqualification and possible legal prosecution. Any violation mentioned above is also a breach of Player's Code of Conduct (Art. 5.2.) and will be sanctioned by BWF. Local transport: provided by the organizers from Tel aviv- Ben gurion air-port to the official hotels of the tournament and also from the official hotels to the tournament venue free of charge. The organizer is not able to assist players who are not accomodated in the official hotels or do not land in the ben-gurion air-port. Players shall not plan their departure less than 2 hours after there last match is planned to conclude. If a player/pair shall lose all the circuit Ranking points gainig at the particular tournament and Badmniton Eurrope shale propose to BWF that the gained BWF ranking points are also removed. (regulation 9.7 in badminton Europe's Circuit instructions). Medical service: a physician will be present in the sport hall during the tournament. Drug testing: according to israeli law, drug testing may be carried out on a random Basis at any time. Clothing and advertising: in accordance with BWF general competition regulations 19-23 and regulation 18 in badminton Europe Circuit regulations. In applynig these regulations the decition of the referee shall be final. Insurance: the organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damges. It is up to each participant to insure himself.
