Summary The programme was well received and supported by the site team especially OSE team. kick off meeting (HH background, objective & deliverables) was attended by PDO Contractor Contractor :OSS, OSE8, OSE3M, OSE81G, OSE3G and Harweel Ops team well supported. :EMC (WPAI, BEC) and ODC (ATE). : HSE personal, Site management, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors. No major observation/ findings were noted during the site visits. Gap in communication and coordination between the crews on concurrent activities at HMPS. More coaching and engagements to all participants with more focus on HSE personal. Take away: Formalising the HH programme in south to be imbedded with the integrity site visit (twice a week). Closing out observation/ findings noted during the visits. Keep MSE posted for any updates and/ or support needed. 25
