L A U N C H P R E P A R A T I O N S 9 Hole Golfers 26 Decision Allow each association to determine which option is best. It is highly recommended those who have the bandwidth to work with the GHIN support team and make this transition to please go ahead and do so. Implications 9 Hole golfers who are not converted to 18 Hole golfers prior to data migration will need to have any scores posted in the Admin Portal as a 9 hole scores to support the sync If a score is posted as an 18 hole score in the new Admin Portal it will not sync back to the 9 hole golfer scoring record Next Steps Reach out to the GHIN team with a list of 9 Hole services that we can convert to 18 Hole services

L A U N C H P R E P A R A T I O N S Streamline Golfer Bill Rates and Codes If possible, we would like to have each association have a consistent R and J membership/bill code across all services. This will help in the data migration when these codes are moved to the association level. R = $ dollar amount J = $ dollar amount For those who use Quick Books, the dollar amount in GHP is not important as that information is stored in the association QB program. If other codes are needed, if possible, please keep them consistent across all services. 28
L A U N C H P R E P A R A T I O N S Test Club and Golfers Each of you have already identified a test club to be brought over into the new Admin Portal. If you have not already done so, please review the golfers in your test club and verify the golfer is only a member of that club. If they are a multi-member in another club, please provide the list of golfers to the GHIN team so we can remove the other club affiliations. 29
