Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank RACV who have stepped up its commitment to women s golf, assuming the sole naming rights sponsorship for the 2016 RACV Ladies Masters and long term supporters Tourism and Events Queensland, City of Gold Coast and JTBC Golf, all of whom have enabled us to schedule our 27th Ladies Masters Tournament, as an official co-sanctioned event on the Ladies European Tour and Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour. A special thanks to the players who have travelled from all over the world to compete in the RACV Ladies Masters. We also would like to thank our Australian players whom also rigorously support the ALPG Tour and the Masters each year. RACV Royal Pines Resort has played host since 1992. In particular, we would like to acknowledge the efforts of John Morris and his team who have worked for many months to ensure the course is rolled out in top order to host the Masters. This year, players at the RACV Ladies Masters will experience the new course layout designed by Graham Marsh, part of RACV s commitment to provide a world-class championship course and to offer quality facilities for our members and guests. In addition to the developments on course, players, their families and spectators will enjoy a vastly changed RACV Royal Pines Resort with the completion of a major expansion and development of facilities. TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS 1. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS The 2016 RACV Ladies Masters shall comprise a maximum of 144 players made up as follows: a) Leading fifty (50) players who qualify under the 2015 / 2016 ALPG Tournament Exemption Categories. b) Leading sixty (60) players eligible under the LET 2015 Tournament Exemption Categories. c) Five (5) members of the China Ladies Professional Golf Association (CLPGA) d) Four (4) amateur Invitations e) Special invitations granted by the Promoter, ALPG 2. CONDITIONS a) The 2016 RACV Ladies Masters shall be decided by strokes over four rounds of 18 holes in accordance with the rules of golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and in accordance with the local rules approved by the Tournament Committee. b) In the event of a tie after four rounds, the competitors who tie shall play a hole by hole (sudden death) play off to determine the winner. Conditions of the playoff will be posted on the Tournament's Player Information Board. c) It will be obligatory for all competitors in the tournament to play with a ball which is named on the current R&A Approved List of Conforming Golf Balls. d) The Tournament Committee reserves the right to arrange and/or alter starting times. e) Wednesday 24 February, 2016 - Pro-Am Thursday 25 February, 2016-1st round of 18 holes Friday 26 February, 2016-2nd round of 18 holes After 36 holes the leading sixty (60) professionals, plus ties, shall be eligible to contest the final two rounds. Saturday 27 February, 2016-3rd round of 18 holes Sunday 28 February, 2016 - Final round of 18 holes. f) The Pro-Am will be held on Wednesday 24 February 2016. All professionals entering the tournament will be expected to play, if required, in the Pro-Am and attend any social function associated with the tournament, if required. g) The Tournament Committee reserves the right to use films, photographs, pictures and similar references to competitors in practice and play in the publicity arrangements prior to, and after the tournament. The decision of the Tournament Committee shall in all matters be final. 3. ENTRY FORMS a) The entry fee is AU$154. ALPG / LET Professionals must enter through their respective tours. Non LET/ALPG professionals and Amateurs MUST complete their entry form online by visiting the ALPG website. Please call Jennifer Johnson on +61 437 311821if you need any further information. b) ALPG Members, who are members of the LET, must enter as an ALPG Member through the ALPG website. c) LET entries and payment of entry fee must be made via the LET office. d) Closing date for entries is 5:00pm January 6 th 2016 e) Entry fees will not be refunded unless notification of withdrawal is received prior to the closing date of entries. 4. REGISTRATION Players must register in person in the ALPG/LET Tournament Office at RACV Royal Pines Resort, during the following times: Monday 22 February 2016: Tuesday 23 February 2016: 12noon - 5.00pm 8.00am - 4.00pm Players who fail to meet the registration deadline and who have not contacted the ALPG/LET office for granting of late registration will be removed from the tournament draw and replaced by the next available or applicable reserve depending on which tour or allocation they withdraw from. 5. CADDIES RACV Ladies Masters Players Information 2016 Page 2

Caddies are compulsory for all four rounds of the 2016 RACV Ladies Masters. If you require a local caddy, you must email Tim Gnech tim_gnech@racv.com.au at RACV Royal Pines Resort prior to the closing date of entries: a) Caddies are the sole responsibility of the competitor employing them. b) Caddy Bibs must be worn at all times during play. c) Caddies must not wear spike sole shoes. d) Players must use a caddy for the four rounds of the Tournament. e) Pull buggies are not permitted during Tournament play. f) Minimum payment to caddies is AU$50 per round, not including tip (including Pro-Am and practice rounds) 6. PRACTICE ROUNDS Practice rounds will be available on Monday and Tuesday as follows: Monday: Tuesday: Course open from 9am on the 1st Tee. Booking sheet from 8am will be made available at the ALPG / LET office. Players are reminded that practice is from the 1st Tee only, or alternatively, should you wish to only play the back nine, you may start from the 10th Tee up until 9am only. 7. SCORING PERSONNEL Competitors must co-operate when asked for details of their scores by authorised scoring personnel on the course. 8. PLAYING CONDITIONS Play is as per the local rules and conditions of competition on the ALPG hard card. Players are specifically asked to note that the following conditions are in effect: a) The specimen conditions in the Rules of Golf are in effect as regards Conforming Golf Balls, One Ball Condition, and Time of Starting. b) Driving Clubs: Any driver the player carries must have a club head, identified by model and loft, that is named on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads issued by the R&A. Exception: A driver with a club head that was manufactured prior to 1999 is exempt from this condition. (The list may be viewed via www.golfaustralia.org.au.)* c) Clubs Conforming with Groove and Punch Mark Specifications: The player s clubs must conform to the groove and punch mark specifications in the Rules of Golf that are effective from 1 January 2010.* * PENALTY FOR CARRYING, BUT NOT MAKING STROKE WITH, CLUB OR CLUBS IN BREACH OF CONDITION: Two strokes for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum penalty per round four strokes. In the event of a breach between the play of two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole. *Any club or clubs carried in breach of this condition must be declared out of play by the player to their marker or fellow competitor immediately upon discovery a breach has occurred. If the player fails to do so, they are disqualified. PENALTY FOR MAKING STROKE WITH CLUB IN BREACH OF CONDITION: Disqualification. 9. PRIZE FUND a) Prize money will be allocated in accordance with the LET prize money distribution ratios in place at the time. b) The contracted prize fund is in Euro which will be converted to AUD using the exchange rate as which the ALPG receive the prizemoney c) Non-resident tax will be deducted as per the Australian Taxation Office rates schedule Note: Those players who do not provide ALPG with an ABN will have tax deducted at the rate of 49.5% as per the guidelines issued by the Australian Taxation Office. 1. TEMPORARY PRIVILEGES All players will have access to the Tournament Course at RACV Royal Pines Resort from 22 to 28 February 2016 inclusive. The following domestic matters are brought to your attention: a) Car Parking Adequate car parking is available for players via the main Resort entrance, off Ross Street (car park permits can be obtained from the Tournament Office on request). b) Locker Facilities c) Dress Limited Locker facilities are available. See Pro-Shop for further information. The resort dress standards are as follows: i. A tidy standard of dress is required at all times. ii. Spiked shoes are not permitted in any area of the Hotel. iii. Jeans are not permitted on the course. d) Licensing Regulations Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted unaccompanied in areas of the Tee s Clubhouse containing bars. e) Travellers Cheques / Cashing Procedure Arrangements have been made with RACV Royal Pines Resort front office to cash traveller s cheques up to a limit of $1,000 (USD). f) Protection of Valuables and Equipment Although every care will be taken by the Resort staff with your equipment, in the final analysis, protection of your equipment and valuables, including insurance, will be your own responsibility. g) Tee s Clubhouse 2) CLUB STORAGE AREA Tee s Restaurant: Breakfast will be available from 6:00am from Monday to Sunday. Snacks are available in the Tees' Clubhouse during the tournament days. A full buffet breakfast will be available from the Kalinda Restaurant daily. a) A security area for club storage is located adjacent to the Pro-Shop. Players may safely leave their clubs in this security area. b) Players or Caddies requiring towels may obtain these from the club storage area for a refundable deposit of $10 per day. 3. PLAYERS MAIL All players' mail can be found at the LET / ALPG office located in the Golf and Sports Car Park. 4. PRACTICE AREA The practice range and chipping green is located on the other side of the tunnel on the western side of RACV Royal Pines Resort. The range will be open for practice between Monday and Sunday inclusive. Range Balls are free of charge. Players are not permitted to use any other area or any other balls other than the Tournament balls being provided by Volvik. Players must present identification at the practice range. Players are advised that the chipping green surface will not be prepared for putting and is recommended that all putting be done on the main putting green located adjacent to Tee 10 Caddies are NOT permitted to use the practice facilities including the putting green Preference is to be given to those players with approaching tee times Players missing the cut may only practice when those players remaining in the tournament have completed their practice sessions At all times, preference MUST be given to those players remaining in the tournament Hours of operation are: Monday & Tuesday Wednesday - Friday Saturday Sunday 7:00am - 6:00pm 5:30am - 6:00pm 6:00am - 6:00pm 6:00am - Last tee time 5. PRO - AM TOURNAMENT Selected Professionals will partner 3 amateurs over 18 holes in a Texas Scramble format. A shotgun start will be used, commencing at 6:45am for the morning session and 12:15pm for the afternoon session. The Team Stableford score comprises the best 2 individual stableford scores per team for each hole. - Each player tees off and then as a team, selects what they consider to be the best placed ball. - From the selected tee shot, individuals then play their own ball until it is holed. - Each player plays their own ball for the duration of each Par 3 hole. - A maximum handicap of 18 applies to those who do not hold an official Golf Australia GolfLink Handicap. - There is a minimum of three (3) tee shots to be provided by each player. - The scorecard must indicate which hole each player s tee shot is selected. Please ensure that your scorecard is handed to the officials in Tee s Clubhouse upon completion of golf. Professionals and amateur partners are invited to the Pro-Am awards presentation immediately after play in Tee s Clubhouse area. 6. TEE TIMES Tee times for the Masters will be available on the following websites: www.alpg.com.au www.ladiesmasters.com www.ladieseuropeantour.com or Phone: 07 5597 8700 (this is a 24 hour service). 7. PIN PLACEMENTS Pin positions will be provided by the official starter on the first and tenth tee on Thursday and Friday and the first tee on Saturday and Sunday. 8. FIRST AID Any player requiring first aid or medical attention should contact the Tournament Office for assistance. 9. PHYSIO / MASSEUSE The Physio and Masseuse will be located at the Driving Range instruction building. Details of Physio and Masseuse availability will be available at registration. 10. CONDITIONS OF PLAY Players are reminded to read carefully the Local Rules and Conditions of Play prior to the commencement of play. Local Rules will be attached to your cards. 11. ADVERTISING MATERIAL RACV Ladies Masters Players Information 2016 Page 5

Players are reminded that players and caddies will not be allowed to wear or display any advertising material that may conflict or embarrass a sponsor of the RACV Ladies Masters. 12. TELEVISION ABC1 will telecast the RACV Ladies Masters throughout Australia at the following times: ABC1 Saturday 27 February 1.30pm - 6.00pm ESST ABC1 Sunday 28 February 1.30pm - 6.00pm ESST 13. PLAYERS LOUNGE A dedicated Players Lounge will be located within the RACV Royal Pines Resort complex between Tuesday and Sunday for breakfast and lunch. This area is strictly for players only and access will be provided by showing your Tournament ID. Players will also have access to wi-fi and internet. This area is your area so that you can relax in comfort during the event. 14. ONE LIFESTYLE FITNESS CLUB GROUND FLOOR, RACV ROYAL PINES RESORT RACV Royal Pines Resort has made available the new state-of-the-art Fitness Club to all players participating in the Masters. The operating hours are Monday - Sunday (6:00am - 9:00pm) For access, players will need to obtain swipe keys from the ALPG / LET Tournament Office and return on completion of their workout. 15.
