1 VEHICLE MULTI REPORTS There are reports on Multiple vehicles; this is a guide to the reports, what they are used for and an example of how they look. To get to the reports from the main screen select the reports button from the top right of the screen. The reports tab is now available from here choose the Vehicle reports by clicking on the Vehicles button. Operations Operations Daily Summary This report provides a summary of the daily movements of vehicles, including Rego, Driver Name, Start and Finish time, kilometres travelled, Idling time. You can customise the report based on the Additional Parameters. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 6 of 92

Operations Operations Summary This report is a summary per vehicle rather than a list by day for each vehicle. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 8 of 92

Operations Operations with Sensor If you have sensors connected to your vehicles, this report will report on the use of those sensors. Use the Additional Parameters to select which Sensors/Input you need to report on. You can see in the above example that you can report on Ignition and Emergency IF they are setup in your vehicle. The Example above is a large mower with a sensor on each of the blades (decks). This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Page 11 of 92

Operations Operation with Zone If you have locations set up, you can report on vehicles movements into and out of those Zones. You can select one or more locations that you have set up. You can also report on the zone only during operating hours or hours you select. Ensure you select Ignore assignment is checked to report on the latest data. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 13 of 92

Operations Weekly Operations with Zone and Sensor If your vehicles have sensor/s installed and you have created Geofence/s, you can use this report to show you when your sensors are activated inside your Geofences on a weekly basis. Using Additional Parameters to select which input/s and Location/s you need to report about. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 15 of 92

Operations Zone Report with Sensor If your vehicles have sensor/s installed and you have created Geofence/s, you can use this report provides a summary of when your sensors are activated inside your Geofence. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 17 of 92

Operations Time Sheet Summary Only used by Companies utilising bin lift sensor and creates a report that can be used for time sheets, this report has the time the vehicle leaves the depot when they do the first bin lift, the number of bin lifts, kilometres travelled and the duration the vehicle was idle. Operations Logon Detailed This report is for companies that utilise the vehicle logon systems. The report lists the log on log off times of the driver the report is grouped by vehicle and has the driver name. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 20 of 92

Operations Logon Summary This is a summary of the drivers logging on and off a Vehicle. In this example, the report is grouped by Driver. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 22 of 92

Exceptions Exceptions - IVMS Risk Management This report is about Speed Alerts based on posted speeds, sensors that have alerts associated with them, Fatigue (if this has been set up on your trackers) and the total Kilometers for the reporting period. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Below is a sample of the report: Page 24 of 92

Exceptions IVMS Risk Management Plus This report is a more detailed version with information on Average Speed, Moving Average Speed, Max Speed. The number of Speed, harsh braking, hash accelerations, excessive idle and after hours violations. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Below is a sample of the report: Page 25 of 92

Exceptions IVMS GLNG This report provides a month by month report on the total number of KMs driven by the selected vehicle and the behaviour of those vehicles in the month. Items reported on are the number of speeding, deceleration/acceleration, fatigue, duress alarms and other violations. This report can be run for a maximum of 12 months. Exceptions IVMS QCSG This report was developed for the QLD Coal Seam Gas industry; this report includes the number of vehicles, total Kilometres travel and the number of drivers for each month of the report. Speed, Fatigue, Seat Belt (if your vehicles have sensors on the seat belts), Acceleration/Deceleration included in this report. This report can be run for a maximum of 12 months. Page 27 of 92

Exceptions IVMS Contractor This report is a monthly summary developed to report on specific behaviours for Mining contractors and reports on Speeding, Decelerations, 4WD, Tamper signs, Cruise Control and Seat Belt. Exceptions Risk Management Risk summary per vehicle for the period selected, the risk behaviours reported on are, Speed, 4WD, Seat Belt, Tamper signs, Harsh Braking, Handbrake, No Go Entry and Fatigue. You can only report on the sensors that are installed and set up in your vehicles. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Below is a sample of the report: Page 30 of 92

Exceptions Risk Exceptions Grouped by Vehicle this report lists the Exception rules that have been violated in the selected period. The exceptions include Speeding, Driver Fatigue, Harsh Braking, Harsh Acceleration, Power Fail ETC. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Page 31 of 92

Exceptions Risk Speeding Exceptions This report focuses on vehicle speeding, and provides the Location, Driver, Exception Rule, Start and Stop and Duration of the violation the Distance travelled. The Speed Limit and Speed Alarm and Details are also provided. Grouped by vehicle. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Below is a sample of the report: Page 33 of 92

Exceptions Risk Speeding Exceptions Details the Vehicles speeding based on the Speeding exception rules and provides detail on the location, the time and date the speeding started and stopped, the distance travelled, the speed limit and the speed at which the alarm is set. Exceptions Alerts Used to show a summary of alerts or alarms generated by selected vehicles over a specified period. Can be restricted to alerts related to vehicle operation, alerts related to zone violations, or to Place proximity. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 35 of 92

Exception Vehicle Checklist This report displays details of the completed checklists created at the vehicle, i.e. start of shift vehicle checklist and end of shift vehicle checklist. A summary of vehicle checklist information confirmed that the driver has checked all the items on the vehicle checklist and reported any vehicle issues before operating the vehicle. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 37 of 92

Exceptions Alarm and Output Response Creates a list of Alarms sent from the vehicle, with details of the type of alarm, the time, date, location, description, action, the reason for the alarm, the response time and whether the alarm was a success. Exceptions Driver Behaviour A scorecard for the vehicle based on speeding, harsh braking, acceleration, fatigue and idling. This report lists the drivers of the vehicle as well. This report calculates a behaviour score based on events over the last 300kms of travel. Page 41 of 92

Exceptions Speed Reports on the speeding violations of the vehicle based on the parameters set in additional parameters and list the speed limit, the speed of the vehicle, where the violations happened, when and who was driving. Customize this report by using the Additional Parameters you can either select a speed (example trucks that have a speed limit of 100), or you can use the posted speeds. You can change the speed threshold by either a percentage or a set speed. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 43 of 92

Jobs Jobs Job Detail This report used by customers who use the Works system. It provides a detailed list of the Jobs that have been sent to the selected vehicles as well as the messages and responses sent to and from the vehicle with date and time stamps. Jobs Job Summary This report used by customers who use the Works system. It provides a summary of the Jobs that have been sent to the selected vehicles as well as the messages and responses sent to and from the vehicle with date and time stamps. Jobs Message Summary Provides a summary of the messages sent to and from the vehicle and is grouped by vehicle and provides information on the driver, the subject of the message, details of the message and the status of the message. The report is for customers who use Works Messaging. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 49 of 92

Jobs - Canned Message Summary The start of the report has a summary of the canned messages sent and received listing the type of message and the number of those messages used. It also provides a total number of messages. The report grouped by message type and lists the vehicle, the position of the vehicle including address when the message was sent and the details of the message. Use Additional Parameters to select the canned messages you wish to report on. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 51 of 92

Jobs - Job Journey For each journey (ignition on/off). Summary and location information including Distance travelled, average speed, top speed, time moving and time stopped. This report shows a location every 5 minutes. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Page 53 of 92

Road Usage (Currently not in use) Road Usage Road Usage Details Customers can create locations on certain roads whose usage they would like to monitor. This report displays information on counts and details of individual roads (with the locations) used by vehicles. This information can be used for reporting on the road to government organisation and stakeholders. This report is only available to IVMS configured customers. Vehicle Utilisation Vehicle Utilisation Vehicle Performance This report can be generated for a user-definable period. Select the user definable operating hours and threshold speed and idling value. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Page 57 of 92

Vehicle Utilisation Equipment Usage This report gives a summary of when equipment leaves a zone, e.g. depot, and how long the equipment was working at a job site by capturing engine hours. A job site classified as ignition usage that occurs within a defined range, and equipment is classified as machinery that is not driven from a zone to a job. Results: At Zone: Shows vehicle At zone or None at the time of the report generation; No data indicated the vehicle was not operated inside the date parameter. Note: Generally this report should be used for equipment that is towed to site. Additional Parameters: Date Range Zones: Select Zones that are relevant to this report Ignore Assignment: Select if your chosen zones have NOT been assigned to a vehicle. Show Detail: Select this parameter to display detail usage. This report can be run for a maximum of 32 days. Page 60 of 92

Vehicle Utilisation Service Cost This report shows a summary of vehicle service cost over a period including distance travelled, service counts, total cost and cost/100 Kms. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 63 of 92

Vehicle Utilisation CO2 and Fuel Usage This report displays details of fleet fuel usage and greenhouse impact. Fleet managers can use this report to show vehicles that require servicing due to excess fuel usage, or even to show which drivers are more fuel efficient. Use the Additional Parameters to improve the accuracy of the report. Fuel usage figures will be taken from the details entered by the user in the fuel entry screen. Vehicle Utilisation Sensor Summary This report displays summary information on input and output sensor usage for the selected vehicles. This report may be used for the following reasons: Showing work compliance, i.e. road sweeping, number of bin collections, seatbelt used. Driver compliance, i.e. monitoring speed while an input or output is active. This report can be run for a maximum of 92 days. Page 71 of 92

Vehicle Utilisation Plant Utilisation by Area Provides information on the number of times a sensor was engaged, providing data on the total kilometres verse the kilometres were the sensor was triggered. The average speed of the vehicle when the sensor was engaged and the Utilisation hours as a percentage based on ignition on and off. This report can be run for a maximum of 7 days. Page 74 of 92

Vehicle Utilisation Stopped at Location The report lists the number of stops, total time stopped, average stop time, driving duration and the total distance the selected vehicles travelled during the selected date and time. There is a summary supplied and the details for each vehicle with the address and locations. There is also a graph depicting total stops and the average stop time. The Additional Parameters are Show only user locaitons will only show address/locations are predefined in AVM, you can also select the length of stopped time that is reported on.
