Each Entry for this Meeting may be made using the CMS as follows: $115.00 On the day Log on to your driver information via http://www.karting.net.au/ Click on the licence and entries icon ( top centre of the screen ) Click on the Enter a race meeting icon Enter your log on details Under My Details functions, choose Pre Enter Race Meeting Choose the State in which the Meeting is being held Choose the Club who is the Organiser of the Meeting 4.2. Payment of the Entry Fee can be made as follows: 4.3. Credit Card: Visa Mastercard 4.4. Postal Entries for this Meeting WILL NOT be accepted. 4.5. Payment of the Entry Fee can be made as follows: Payment at the Track will be accepted. If accepted, the following payment methods are available: Cash Visa Mastercard 5. MINIMUM ENTRIES 5.1. 6 is the minimum number of pre entries which must be received for each Class and/or Division. If insufficient entries are received for a Class and/or Division to form in its own right, the Compulsory 5.2. Competition Class/es will be Consolidated in accordance with Competition Rules - Chapter 1, Rule 9. Discretionary Competition Classes may be Consolidated in accordance with the Rules or cancelled at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules. 5.3. If a Class or Division is cancelled, the Entry Fee may be refunded at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules. 3. COMPETITION 1. FORMAT OF RACING 2. Practice N/A 3. There will be timed qualifying at this event for the TaG 125 Restricted Classes Only 4. FORMAT 1 TIMED QUALIFYING EVENT If Timed Qualifying will occur (Kart order must be random no high/low numbers): 4.1. Qualifying One Qualifying Session of 6 minutes 4.2. Heats There will be 2 Heats The Grid for Heat 1 will be set from times achieved in Qualifying, with fastest time on grid 1, and so on. 4.3. The Grid for Heat 2 will be set from Qualifying

4.4. Pre-final The grid for the Pre-final will be set from points accumulated for heat 1 and 2 4.5. Final The grid for the Pre-final will be set from Finishing positions of the pre final Final Only Counts 5. FORMAT 2 NO TIMED QUALIFYING EVENT Can only be used at Club Meetings under specific conditions (Ref. Competition Rules Chapter 5 Rule 7 k) If Timed Qualifying will not occur, describe how the grid for the Heats / Pre-final and Final will be set 5.1. Heats There will be 2 Heats The Grid positions for Heat 1 will be set by Computer generated 5.2. The Grid for Heat 2 will be set from Computer generated 5.3. Pre-final The grid for the Pre-final will be set from points accumulated from heat 1 and 2 5.4. Final The grid for the Pre-final will be set from Finishing position of pre final Final Only Counts 6. Pit Crew with trolleys will not be given access to the Circuit during Qualifying and Racing. 3.2. Retrieval of karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal and then only if wearing a HIGH 3.3. VISIBILITY SAFETY VEST on the upper torso. 3.4. Karts can be retrieved at the discretion of the Clerk of Course via multiple entry & exit points 4. ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS No animals allowed anywhere within the facility with the exception of service dogs (e.g. sight, sound, or support 4.1. dogs). 4.2. No dumping of Fuel or Tyres, please make own arrangements. 4.3. No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the circuit. No motorised scooters, mini bikes, roller blading, skateboards and tricycles allowed at the complex during the 4.4. entire Meeting. Officials may confiscate any such items for the duration of the Meeting. 4.5. Marquees are not to be erected without consent of the Club.
