2018 Overview Calendar and Event Descriptions MARCH 17, 2018 BUNNY BREAKFAST AND EGG HUNT The Easter Seals Hawaii is held on the Central Union Church lawn. In addition to a delicious pancake breakfast, this family-fun event showcases activities for the kids, including an egg hunt and photo booth, and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! AUGUST 16, 2018 37th ANNUAL EASTER SEALS HAWAII GOLF CLASSIC Over 72 teams participate in the Annual Easter Seals Hawaii Golf Classic held at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club in Ewa Beach. The event is a Mercedes-Benz Dealer Championship Tournament. Four players win round-trip tickets to play in the fall Mercedes-Benz Western Sectional tournament. Players can vie for prizes such as trips and electronics, gift cards, dinners, and more! The Golf Classic is famous for delicious and ample food and beverage provided on the course. JUNE - AUGUST, 2018 THE TRAVELING PLATE EVENTS, a statewide culinary event, celebrates Easter Seals Hawaii s legacy in the Hawaiian Islands with a multi-island culinary tour. This series of unique traveling culinary experiences stretches across our island chain visiting Kaua i, Maui, Hawai i Island and O ahu during the summer. Guests enjoy locally-sourced ingredients prepared by local celebrity chefs.
