THURSDAY NIGHT HOUSE LEAGUE AGREEMENT This Agreement is a legal binding agreement between the Buffalo Tournament Club, referred to in this agreement as Club, and the above named Players, referred to in this agreement as Team, both parties hereby agree to the following terms and provisions: LEAGUE RULES OF PLAY DRESS CODE A Team will consist of only Two (2) players each week. League play will be a Team partner better ball match play and or stroke play events, with weekly and year end prizes. The League will be limited to the first 24 teams with a minimum of 10 teams. The Club will provide the Team with the rules of play, pairings and tee times for each week, along with prize breakdowns before the start of the League. League play starts Thursday April 25th, 2019 and ends Thursday August 29, 2019. Team registration deadline will be Thursday April 18th, 2019. No new applications will be excepted after deadline. Teams are permitted to have substitutes during the week of play. Teams must inform the golf shop of any substitutes 24 hours prior to tee time. One Team member is required to play with any substitutes. Any Team that will have an addition team member (Player #3) for the season must do so before Wednesday April 18th, 2019 deadline. The cost for an additional team member will be $30.00. Player #3 will receive an official USGA GHIN Handicap and will be invited to the end of the year banquet. Only two (2) players per team may play in League play each week. The Club is a non-metal spike facility. Metal spikes will not be permitted on the course. Work boots, spikes, and cleats that are designed for sports other than golf will not permitted on the course. Generally accepted golf attire is required at all times. Attire is subject to approval and discretion of the Club. DAMAGE, RULES AND REGULATIONS, ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOR ON COURSE The Team will be required to follow all rules and regulations of the Club, along with proper etiquette and behavior on the course. Club rules and regulations are located inside The Players Guides, Score Cards and at BTCGolf.com. Please review these rules and regulations before signing. The Club also reserves the right to have players removed from the course that fail to abide by the rules and regulations without refund of fees. Any damage caused by any individual team participant is the sole responsibility of the Team. The Club will inform the Team of the damage and the Club will seek restitution from the Team only. It will be the Team responsibility to seek restitution from any individual. Personal injuries caused by the failure to follow the above policies set by the Club, and are not caused by the Club, will be the sole responsibility of the individual. The Club will not sign any waiver to the above policies. Page 2 of 5

INCLEMENT WEATHER AND RAINCHECK POLICY All leagues are considered playable as scheduled, regardless of weather, except when the course is unplayable due to the weather. The Club is the sole judge as to whether the golf course is playable. Refunds will not be given for any reason. The following policy for weather is provided: THE COURSE IS UNPLAYABLE BEFORE ARRIVAL: The Club will contact the Team and inform him/her of the current course conditions. Golf will not be provided and the Club will decide if the league will be extended a week and or the Team will receive rainchecks at the monetary value of the given fee paid for the week missed. THE COURSE IS UNPLAYABLE AFTER ARRIVAL BEFORE STARTING TEE TIME: The Club will maintain contact with the Team and inform him/her of the current course conditions. Golf will not be provided and the Club will decide if the league will be extended a week and or the Team will receive rainchecks at the monetary value of the given fee paid for the week missed. THE COURSE IS UNPLAYABLE AFTER STARTING TEE TIME: The Club will maintain contact with the Team and inform him/her of the current weather and course conditions. Rainchecks for golf and cart will be issued based on the average number of holes remaining for league players. Example: First group completed 7 holes of play and last group of league completed 4 holes of play the average for players will equal 6 holes completed and rainchecks will be issued. Rainchecks will be issued to the Team. Once the round has been canceled the course will not be available for play to any and all players. DELAYS CAUSED BY WEATHER: The Club monitors weather in the area and it is the sole judgement of the Club to delay play and or remove players from the course if inclement weather is in the area. The Club will always try to resume play if possible. If there is more than a one-hour delay required, the Club will determine the course of action. Once the round has been canceled the course will not be available for play to any and all players. NOTE: Rainchecks will only be valid until October 15 th of the current year and will be a monetary pro-rated raincheck. Rainchecks will not be issued for players that miss the week of play. It is the current policy of the Club to inform the Team that all players shall find a substitute for players not able to play. PACE OF PLAY AND TEE TIMES All groups are required to maintain the following PACE OF PLAY Policy: 9 Holes shall not take longer than 2 hours and 10 minutes. 1 st Warning by BTC Staff will put the group on the clock and monitored by our staff. 2 nd Warning by BTC Staff will result in the group to pick up and skipping holes to get group into proper position on the course. (If group refuses to do such action they will be required to leave the course without refund.) There will not be a third warning and the group will be required to leave the course without refund. The Team will be assigned STARTING HOLES for the week of play. The Team shall be ready to tee off at the 5:30pm TEE TIME. A TEE TIME is when the golfers will be teeing off on the assigned starting Page 3 of 5

hole. All players shall be at the STAGING AREA (Putting Green) and be ready to tee off 5 minutes before 5:30pm. ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY The Club is a New York State Liquor License facility. According to NY State law the Club must not sell and or distribute alcoholic beverages to minors (anyone under the age of 21) and or a person that is intoxicated. Signing of this contract the Team agrees to purchase all alcoholic beverages from the Club. The Team also agrees that no player shall consume any alcoholic beverages not purchased from the Club on the Club grounds to include the parking lot, range, club house, pavilions, halfway house and golf course. It will be the sole responsibility of the Team to make arrangements for transportation for any person on the Team that may be intoxicated. The Club has a strict no outside cooler policy. Coolers are provided on the carts. The Club reserves the right to refuse service to any patron. The Team will be informed in writing of all violations by the player or players. The following provisions have been put in place for all players that fail to follow the ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY: Players that are found consuming alcoholic beverages that have not been purchased at the Club shall be asked to leave the premises. 1 st offense the player shall be suspended and forfeiture of the fees, for the following two (2) weeks of league play. Expulsion and forfeiture of all remaining fees for a 2 nd offense by player. DEPOSITS, FEES AND PAYMENTS All Fees and Payments are non-refundable. Cost per team is $1,000.00. The Club will require FULL PAYMENT OF ALL FEES TO RESERVE YOUR TEAM S SPOT. LEAGUE FEE BREAKDOWN ($500.00 Per Player) $360.00 Golf and cart for 18 weeks of play. $40.00 2 Nine-hole weekday rounds of golf. $15.00 USGA GHIN Handicap $15.00 End of the Year Banquet (Pizza, Wings, Draft Beer and Soda) $36.00 Weekly Prizes (Paid in Golf Shop Credit*) $34.00 End of the Year Payouts (Paid in Golf Shop Credit*) *Golf Shop Credits must be used by 10/31/2019. I, and, agree to all (PLAYER #1 PRINT FULL NAME) (PLAYER #2 PRINT FULL NAME) terms and conditions of this contract. I understand this document is a legal binding contract between Player #1 and Player #2 (Team) and Buffalo Tournament Club (Club). I have also agreed to a non-refundable deposit, fees and payments upon signing of this contract. It is agreed that any amendments, revisions or alterations to this contract shall be in writing. Oral statements shall not have any binding effect. The only contract between the parties is this agreement. Any prior contracts or agreements between parties are hereby revoked Page 4 of 5
