GENERAL GRP sailing yacht Catalina 36 MK II "Charlie", built in 1995 by Catalina Yachts - USA, dim.: Loa 11.07 m (Lwl 9.22 m) x 3.63 m x 1.35 m, GRP hull, superstructure and deck, anti-slip on superstructure and deck. The hull is solid fiberglass hand laminated and protected underwater with blister resistant gel coat, teak on cockpit floor, Perspex windows, Lewmar hatches and windows, round bilged hull, shallow draft wing keel, displacement: approx. 6.387 tonnes, ballast: 2,99 tonnes (lead), fuel tank capacity: 94 litres, fuel level indicator, fresh water tank capacity into three tanks: forward: 91 litres + aft 2x 76,5 litres, sump tank capacity: 64 litres, mechanical wheel steering, cover for wheel, emergency tiller. ACCOMMODATION Teak interior, saloon + two cabins, 4 (+3) berths, headroom: approx. 1.96 m, Webasto hot air heating. Saloon with U-shaped settee, two seats and game table to starboard can be made into a settee or berth. The owner's cabin forward is comfortable and well ventilated and has a private entrance to the head. The spacious aft cabin stateroom offers a light and airy living space with storage. The galley is a functional U-shape with composite countertops; the sinks are near centerline for proper drainage underway. a two burner gimbaled stainless steel gas stove with oven, Daewoo microwave and a large refrigerated ice box is aft and a dry food locker is forward.
