Baker is ninth in the Conference career kickoff returns list (65) and 10th on the career kickoff return yards list (1,610). BU s leading rusher this season, Jay Finley, gained 60 yards with one touchdown on 15 carries last season against the Cyclones. BU also recorded a season-high 27 fi rst downs versus the Cyclones. IOWA STATE (3-3, 0-2) This Week: Baylor Next Week: at Nebraska COLORADO (1-4, 0-1) This Week: Kansas Next Week: at Kansas State Wide receiver Scotty McKnight caught a pass late in the game vs. Texas to extend his school-record streak to 29 games with at least one reception. His streak ranks ninth nationally. Quarterback Cody Hawkins two touchdown passes give him 45 for his career, a school record. Joel Klatt held the previous record with 43. Colorado leads the all-time series with Kansas, 41-24-3, including a 23-9 advantage in games played in Boulder. Kansas has won three straight in the series since CU won fi ve consecutive from 2001-05. Colorado ranks fifth in the Big 12 in kickoff returns, averaging 24.8 yards per return. This season ISU boasts four players in the top 25 in the Conference for tackles - tied for the best-represented school (with BU and Kansas). Alexander Robinson rushed for a career-high 152 yards (his fourth game over 100 yards this season) against KU, and is second in the Big 12 in rushing (109 ypg). KANSAS STATE (3-3, 1-1) This Week: Texas A&M Next Week: Colorado While Kansas seven-game winning streak is tied for the fourth-longest active streak in the NCAA, it is the fourth-longest streak at KU in the last 56 years. Kansas is looking to win its fourth straight against Colorado for the first time in the series (which dates back to 1903). Kerry Meier s 16 receptions against Iowa State set a single-game school record. Meier (1,801) needs eight yards to move into fi fth on the KU career receiving yardage list. He also needs one touchdown reception to tie for fourth or two TDs to tie for second on the KU career touchdown reception list. The Cowboys won in Columbia 20-17 in 2004 and 28-23 in 2008.
