Parents may be charged up to $100 for the 2 day camp. - Football Update: o Dan Hinckley - Trailer cleaned and organized. Helmets, games shirts and pants are all in. o Dan Keough - Recruitment of Football Coaches: Joe Kennedy 8 th Grade Dan Hinckley 7 th Grade Joe McLaughlin 6 th Grade Head Coach open (Jim O Shea, Assistant Coach) 5 th Grade Mike Guthrie 4 th Grade Open 2/3 Grade - 2014 NRSD Contract: Dan Keough Dan and Sheila had a meeting with Tonia and Richard with regards to past due invoices from the 2013 season. On 5/21/14 an email from Bill Cleary was received stating he will void the charges from the past year and recall the invoices. Page 2 of 3
2014 Season contract was reviewed and discussed. o Alternative fields were discussed. Clinton - Fuller Field (has concession stand) and Clinton Middle School (no concession stand) Dan Hinckley to contact Clinton Maynard Alumni Field NYFC to have games when MYFC teams are on the road. Dan Keough to contact Maynard o Nashoba Tuft Stadium Dan Hinckley requested to have the current contract revised to $100 per game played on the turf and free use of practice fields for week practices. Cheer hours to be increased from 6 hours/week to 10 hours/week, practices to be at Emerson with free storage of cheer mats. Since the new concession stand has restrooms no access to school will be needed. Board meetings will be scheduled offsite location delete section 6. Dates to be changed to: Section 1: August 4 through August 22 Section 2: August 26 through November 30 Section 3: August 4 through November 30 Apparel Update: No update Fundraising: Janet O Shea o Car wash at NRHS in July when paper drop off is scheduled o Beginning of the year cookout at Snow Field in Stow (looking at 1 st week of practice) o Sponsors program being looked at Thinking about the following levels; $100 Sponsor sponsor announced at home games and placed on website $250 Sponsor same as above plus ad place in banquet program $500 Sponsor same as $100 & $250 sponsors plus a sign to be printed up and placed in A frame holder to be on display at home games. Miscellaneous: - Received an email from Linda Gothie from Nashoba Booster Association with regards to placing an ad in the varsity program that will be sold at all home varsity football games. Full add $300. Kathy will design a new page layout. Motion: To approve $300 to place a full page add in the varsity program KE Motion Second: DH Vote: Approved There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion to close the meeting was made by KE seconded SM, and approved unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:40 pm.
