Members, In this book you will find dates and specifics related to events throughout the season for both men and women. Everything is subject to change if needed, however, any changes will be communicated via email or signage in the shop. Below you will find the events and dates in a list format so you can easily mark your calendars! The Directors Cup Golf Committee Scheduled to begin May 15th - Runs through September 1st 18 Hole Handicapped Match Play format (100% HDCP) Open to the first 32 Players Matches that end in ties will have a sudden death playoff beginning on hole #1 Matches are expected to be played by the designated deadlines. Matches are to be coordinated between competitors If a player cannot play their match within the time frame, they must forfeit. If both players cannot play their match, a coin will be flipped and a player will move on. Schedule for Play (extensions may be granted by pro shop): Round 1: Must be completed by: June 15 th Round 2: Must be completed by: July 1 st Round 3: Must be completed by: July 15 th Round 4: Must be completed by: August 1 st Final Four: Must be completed by: August 15 th Finals/Consolation: completed by Thursday September 1 st One-Time Fee of $20.00 Per Member, Single Elimination Pro Shop Credit for the winner. Number and amounts for payouts to be determined by amount of entrants (Up to 8 Places could be paid out). Optional, but not included in Directors Cup matches

Season-Long Chase for the TC Cup!!! Pro Shop 5/15/19-9/15/19 Format/Steps: 1) Simply inform pro shop that you are playing a TC Cup Round. 2) Play your own ball with another member who can attest. 3) Turn in the scorecard at the end of the round. 4) Pro Shop will convert your Net Score into a daily point total. 5) Leader Boards will be updated throughout the season. One-time fee of $20.00 Per Player to cover the full golf season Golf and Prizes Pro Shop Credit for the winner. Amount of places paid and payout amounts will be determined by amount of entrants. Optional, but not included
