Cedar Point Country Club Membership Classifications Membership Categories Membership Details Generational Full Golf Ages 40-74 Intermediate Golf Ages 35-39 Senior Golf Ages 75 and older Junior Golf Ages 34 and younger Tennis Social Non-Resident Initiation fees may be paid in full upon joining or can be financed at 1.5% payable monthly over the first 12 months of membership. All active Military are exempt from the initiation fee. Stock purchase is not a condition of membership at Cedar Point Country Club. All memberships require an initial 12 month commitment. This agreement shall automatically renew with the same conditions at the end of the current term for a successive twelve (12) month period, unless either party gives written notice of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the term expiration. All Memberships, other than Generational, are Family Memberships which include the member, spouse, and unmarried children under 21 years old living at home or active military/students under age 26 (see enclosed for Generational Membership details). The CPCC Generational Membership Members of Cedar Point have the opportunity to extend membership benefits to the entire family! The Generational Privilege Generation # 1 - the designated Primary Member and the Primary Member s Spouse Generation # 2 - the parents of the Primary Member and the Primary Member s Spouse (no more than two couples) Generation # 3 - Adult Children and their spouses of the Primary Members age twenty-one (21) and older. Generation # 4 - All children of qualified Adult Children. Fee Structure Initiation Fee: $3,000 for New Members Initiation Fee may be financed at 1.5% over the first 12 months of membership upon execution of a 12 month membership acceptance agreement or payable over 24 months upon execution of a 24 month membership acceptance agreement. Waived for all existing Golf, Intermediate, Senior, & Junior Golf members. Social & Tennis members are required to pay the difference between $3,000 and the initiation fee paid upon joining. Monthly Dues: $500 The dues may split among the generations as requested. However, the Primary Member will act as guarantor for all dues obligations. Generations #1, 2, & 3 will be assigned a unique membership number for all other ancillary charges. Food & Beverage Minimum: $75/quarter each for Generations #1, 2, & 3 The total spend of all designees under the Generational Membership will be taken into account for Food Minimum calculations (e.g. 3 designees require a total combined spend of $225/quarter). All annual ancillary charges including Driving Range Club, Cart Rental, Club & Cart Storage, Handicap Charges, & Hole-In-One Club will be charged on a per generation designee basis. Once registered, the Primary Member may not alter the names of the Generational Members authorized on their account except in the case of a marriage or divorce altering the familial status during the given year. By completing the Generational Membership registration, the Primary Member shall accept full responsibility for charges incurred by each Generation designee and the conduct of all Generational designees in accordance with the Club s Membership Plan.

Corporate Membership Guidelines I. All Corporate Membership applications are subject to Board approval. II. III. IV. Corporate Memberships are available to corporations or other business entities actively operating an existing business. Corporate Membership requires at all times a minimum of four active designees in good standing to exercise membership privileges. The Corporation will designate to the Board, in writing, each designee authorized to exercise membership. V. Each Designee must be a full time employee, officer, director, or principal of the Corporation. VI. VII. Each Designee must be approved by the Board. Subject to written request by the Corporation, such approval, and payment of a transfer fee totaling 100% of one month s worth of the applicable membership dues, the Corporation may transfer a Designee s Privileges to a new Designee. $75 Quarterly food minimums will be applied to each Designee. VIII. All financial obligations to the Club are the responsibility of the Designee, and upon default of the Designee, the Corporation. Monthly statements, including all dues, charges, and fees, will be sent to the Designee. In the case of delinquency, the Designee and the Corporation will be notified and Cedar Point will exercise its existing policy regarding collection of any delinquent payments against either or both. In the event of failure to remedy delinquency, upon written notification to both, the Designee s privileges will be suspended. IX. Designees in good standing are eligible to serve on committees. X. The Board has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Corporate Membership category. XI.
