FORE THE FUTURE The Woodmont Junior Golf Program provides a complete program designed to provide your children a learning encounter with the game of golf that they can play for life, making it an experience they look back on as a memorable and enjoyable time in their childhood. OUR OBJECTIVES: The objective of the Woodmont Junior Golf Program is to provide an opportunity for any junior golfer interested in learning the game of golf with the facilities and instructional programs to maximize their individual talents. We are striving to build one of the most comprehensive junior educational golf programs in the country. To accomplish this we have established a program that provides many opportunities. The difference between the Woodmont Junior Golf Program and the other traditional summer clinics that are offered by other golf clubs is that the Woodmont Junior Golf Program operates a nine (9) month program and combines Monday Play Nights, Summer Series, Camps and Individual Monthly Private Lessons. The unique private lesson agenda offers a building block approach that reinforces specific applications of a particular skill during the clinics. The golf camps combine both the basics of the game and course skills that are needed to properly play the game of golf. This program teaches the junior golfer to build a swing on strong fundamentals through instruction and reinforces the specific application of those fundamentals. Each individual benefits from the program by being allowed to progress at his or her own rate as opposed to being forced to progress at a group rate. Of prime importance is that each junior golfer is offered the opportunity to maximize their potential based on their needs and desires. OUR PHILOSOPHY: The Woodmont Junior Golf Program philosophy is to teach a game that is fun and that is built on solid fundamental techniques. The Woodmont Junior Golf Program strives to provide: A fun and informative introduction to the game of golf A bonding opportunity between parents and child A platform to maximize student s abilities Increase character and self esteem in each student For those that desire to play at a higher level, the Woodmont Junior Golf Program will provide an excellent foundation. With the numerous scholarships that are available today for both male and female golfers, the Woodmont Junior Golf Program may prove to be the stepping-stone to an educational opportunity. PROGRAM COSTS: Each participant will be charged an enrollment fee plus a monthly membership fee. Enrollment fee, per child: Golf Members $45.00/ Activity Members $65.00 / Non-Members $85.00 Monthly Membership Fee, per child: Golf Members $45.00/ Activity Members $60.00 / Non-Members $75.00 Monthly enrollment fees will be added to your Woodmont membership bill. Monthly enrollment fees will be added to your Woodmont membership bill March 1, 2015 through November 1, 2015 with the program ending November 30, 2015. Optional Winter Program: Three (3) lesson package for $99.00 with lessons used December 1 through February 28th.
