Membership Applications to be Available at the Website The Board of Directors asked Website Secretary Johnny Wetlaufer to post a copy of the Membership Application (as a PDF file) on the web Site in a form that can be e-mailed to a prospective member. The recipient would print down the application, fill it out in hard copy and get the completed hard copy along with a check/cash to cover the prorated dues and initiation fee back to Membership Chairman Glenn Carter by mail or thru the Member sponsoring the candidate for membership. The BOD declined to take the electronic copy of the membership application one step further where the document could be filled out on line and handled electronically. The effort to develop an application that could be filled out on line was felt not to be needed based on the number of applications handled each year. Watch for a notice on the web site announcing when the actual file is ready for use. For the Leadership Team John Wetlaufer, Sr., Director Holy, Hopewell!
