The annual initiation held for the Grand Master of Masons in Washington was hosted with all three Masonic Youth groups this year at Auburn Mountainview High School on October 17th, 2015. Washington DeMolay, Washington Job's Daughters, and Washington/Idaho Rainbow for Girls initiated 18 candidates in honor of our Grand Master, MW Don Munks, and now our Masonic Family is even bigger! The day was full of initiations in slick suits and fancy dresses, movies with Minions and Mufasa, a delectable dinner of Pumba's Potatoes and Simba Soup, and a lion leapin' dance that made everyone's paws sore! Grand Master's Class brought us one step closer to making membership for the Masonic Youth no worries for the rest of our days. #DeMolayLife January 15th Puyallup OV Puyallup, WA January 16th Bellevue Chapter Spaghetti Feed Bellevue, WA January 16th Olympia Chapter Installation Olympia, WA January 20th Port Angeles OV

The amount of support for those who were honored at Investiture Day was astronomical. It was fi ing their was such great support for those members and Advisors who have given so much of their own time and skills into making a difference for our Order for the better. The memorial service that was performed in honor of Brother Austin Mckee, who had passed away too soon. It was touching salute to a true brother. THE SMC'S WONDERFUL WORDS Wow! 2015 has gone by super quick! Just to think that 11 short months ago we were buzzing about American Sniper and Taken 3 starring the incomparable Liam Neeson (Key and Peele reference). As we stay cozy during this stormy season, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holidays! It has been an amazing year to be a DeMolay and now when you have sometime eating that "last" cookie, think back on all the accomplishments you have personally made. Not just that, I encourage you to look at your failures, and make them into lessons learned in 2016. Let's make 2016 the year we work that much harder to bring in that one friend from school, sell one more ticket for your Chapter fundraiser, help at one more Masonic meeting when your lodge is in a bind, and become closer with each other in the organization we all love and adore alike. Holiday Happiness and Disney Devotion, Andrew J. Everett State Master Councilor
