Friday, March 22, 2019 Day 5 Order 1 Tomorrow the Masque will compete in the state thespian festival. Masque Thespians who qualified with superiors at district are Xander Arena, Riley Buchanan, Nick Asher, and Jimmy Grammig in duet acting, Chris Gold in play writing, and Buchanan and Joseph Lopez in monologues. These students earned the opportunity to compete against the top high school performers in the state at this prestigious event. Good luck Tiger Thespians! Yesterday, a group of tiger musicians performed at the State Solo and Ensemble competition in Sanford. Both Robert Morrison John Barreto earned ratings of Excellent, Morrison in marimba solo and Barreto in snare drum solo. Congratulations Tiger Musicians!

Thursday, March 21, 2019 Day 4 Order 2 for Club Meetings Today during club meetings, the Outdoorsman Society is hosting Captain Kenny Smith from Inshore Society fishing charters to give an inshore fishing seminar. The meeting will be held in the room 107 all are welcome to attend. Application forms for summer mission trips to Colombia and Guatemala are now on the Student Life Canvas page. See Fr. Hooks Special Olympics needs volunteers for its event at Jesuit on April 6. Volunteers are needed to help with scorekeeping, awards, and clean up and break down of the event. There are a limited number of volunteer slots available so sign up early. Check the X2Vol bulletin board for further information.

See Coach Goldman Last night, the JV lacrosse team improved to 8-1 with a 4-3 win over Buchholz. The team next faces off against Sarasota Riverview next Friday at home. Congratulations and good luck JV Lacrosse! Last night, Varsity Lacrosse improved to 5-3 with a 10-6 victory over Buchholz. The team travels to Miami on Friday for the Jesuit Lacrosse Classic where they will face off against Dallas Jesuit and Belen Jesuit. Congratulations and good luck Varsity Lacrosse! Once again, today is a Day 3 Order 3.

See Coach Shick On Sunday, the Christian Athletes Club has its monthly Mass and meeting at 5:00 pm. See Fr. Capuano There will be a meeting Thursday before school at 7:30 in the gym for all of those interested in trying out for next year s varsity basketball team. Please be prompt. See Coach Goldman Over spring break, the robotics team competed in the Orlando Regional. They made some major improvements to the robot and won the Safety Award. Next week they will travel to West Palm Beach for the South Florida Regional. Good Luck Stealth Tigers!

Check the X2Vol bulletin board for more information. Over spring break, the wrestling team competed in the 2A State Tournament in Kissimmee. Sergio Desiante placed fourth; Jack Crook took third; Mason Arnold finished second; and Kai Owen, Braden Basile, Tom Crook, and Ethan Basile were state champions. Overall, the team set school records for total points scored and finished as state runners-up. Congratulations Varsity Wrestling!
